【摘要】：運用文獻資料法分析班迪球運動在我國的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀困境及對策。主要結(jié)論:班迪球進入我國的時間較晚,存在非奧項目制約、文化積淀不足、消費意愿不強、運動員教練員人才短缺、消費成本與場地運營模式的制約、缺失大資本的投資與引導(dǎo)等困境。建議:制定非奧項目發(fā)展策略,以冰雪旅游培育項目文化,打造人才培養(yǎng)體系,結(jié)合政策因地制宜尋求"北冰南展西擴"突破口,走場館復(fù)合運營模式,鼓勵大資本投資與辦賽等。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the present situation, predicament and countermeasures of Bandie ball sport in China by using the method of literature. The main conclusions are as follows: the ball entered our country late, there are some difficulties, such as the restriction of non-Olympic events, the insufficient cultural accumulation, the weak consumption intention, the shortage of athletes and coaches, the restriction of consumption cost and venue operation mode, and the lack of investment and guidance of large capital. It is suggested that the development strategy of non-Olympic projects should be formulated, the project culture should be cultivated by ice and snow tourism, the talent training system should be built, the breakthrough of "north ice and south expansion" should be sought according to local conditions, the complex operation mode of stadiums and gymnasiums should be taken, and large capital investment and competition should be encouraged.
