【摘要】：通過專家訪談和問卷調查等方法對復合型教練團隊組建的要素進行分析。研究表明:復合型教練團隊是現(xiàn)代競技體育發(fā)展的時代需要,是科學技術發(fā)展、科研團隊進入訓練全過程的需要;其中團隊的目標、成員、定位、職權、創(chuàng)新意識、項目趨勢變化的掌控、團隊的文化傳承與動力機制是復合型團隊組建的主要要素,了解其要素的組成對于保障教練團隊的凝聚力與運動隊的服務質量具有深刻意義。
[Abstract]:Through expert interview and questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the elements of the formation of compound coach team. The research shows that the compound coach team is the need of the times of the development of modern competitive sports, the development of science and technology, and the need for the scientific research team to enter the whole process of training. Among them, the goal, member, positioning, authority, innovation consciousness, the control of project trend change, the cultural inheritance and dynamic mechanism of team are the main elements of compound team formation, and understanding the composition of its elements is of great significance to ensure the cohesion of coach team and the service quality of sports team.
