【摘要】：通過(guò)專(zhuān)家訪談和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等方法對(duì)復(fù)合型教練團(tuán)隊(duì)組建的要素進(jìn)行分析。研究表明:復(fù)合型教練團(tuán)隊(duì)是現(xiàn)代競(jìng)技體育發(fā)展的時(shí)代需要,是科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展、科研團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)入訓(xùn)練全過(guò)程的需要;其中團(tuán)隊(duì)的目標(biāo)、成員、定位、職權(quán)、創(chuàng)新意識(shí)、項(xiàng)目趨勢(shì)變化的掌控、團(tuán)隊(duì)的文化傳承與動(dòng)力機(jī)制是復(fù)合型團(tuán)隊(duì)組建的主要要素,了解其要素的組成對(duì)于保障教練團(tuán)隊(duì)的凝聚力與運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量具有深刻意義。
[Abstract]:Through expert interview and questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the elements of the formation of compound coach team. The research shows that the compound coach team is the need of the times of the development of modern competitive sports, the development of science and technology, and the need for the scientific research team to enter the whole process of training. Among them, the goal, member, positioning, authority, innovation consciousness, the control of project trend change, the cultural inheritance and dynamic mechanism of team are the main elements of compound team formation, and understanding the composition of its elements is of great significance to ensure the cohesion of coach team and the service quality of sports team.
