【摘要】：2009年4月,國(guó)家體育總局和教育部聯(lián)合下發(fā)了《關(guān)于開展全國(guó)青少年校園足球活動(dòng)的通知》,并出臺(tái)了《全國(guó)青少年校園足球活動(dòng)的實(shí)施方案》,青少年足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的培養(yǎng)正式開啟了“校園足球模式”。校園足球教練員是校園足球活動(dòng)中基層的踐行者,對(duì)于校園足球活動(dòng)中提出的“校園四級(jí)聯(lián)賽”方案的實(shí)施,發(fā)揮著重要的作用。“校園足球”活動(dòng)開展的效果取決于校園足球教練員的數(shù)量以及質(zhì)量。本文選用西安市雁塔區(qū)已經(jīng)開展校園足球活動(dòng)的52所小學(xué)的校園足球教練員作為研究對(duì)象,并把這些學(xué)校的校園足球教練員、學(xué)生球員和學(xué)生球員家長(zhǎng)作為調(diào)查對(duì)象進(jìn)行研究。通過本研究對(duì)于把握西安市雁塔區(qū)小學(xué)校園足球教練員的現(xiàn)狀和推動(dòng)西安市雁塔區(qū)小學(xué)校園足球教練員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)以及促進(jìn)校園足球活動(dòng)在西安市雁塔區(qū)開展具有積極的參考意義。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、觀察法、問卷調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等方法對(duì)西安市雁塔區(qū)52所小學(xué)的校園足球教練員現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。再通過對(duì)現(xiàn)狀和影響因素的調(diào)查分析,合理的做出推斷,得出針對(duì)現(xiàn)狀中出現(xiàn)問題的對(duì)策,具體結(jié)論如下:西安市雁塔區(qū)小學(xué)校園足球教練員年齡結(jié)構(gòu)合理,具有較大的發(fā)展?jié)摿?從發(fā)展女子校園足球的角度看,女性校園足球教練員比例偏少,應(yīng)適當(dāng)增加女性足球教練員的人數(shù);西安市雁塔區(qū)小學(xué)校園足球教練員隊(duì)伍主要由外聘足球教練員和體育教師足球教練員組成,其中非足球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)體育教師較多,要在校園足球教練員隊(duì)伍中增加足球?qū)I(yè)能力強(qiáng)的校園足球教練員;西安市雁塔區(qū)小學(xué)校園足球教練員的專業(yè)技術(shù)水平存在較大差距,缺乏足球?qū)I(yè)技術(shù)水平合格的校園足球教練員,教育部門要通過與各種足球機(jī)構(gòu)的合作來提高西安市雁塔區(qū)小學(xué)校園足球教練員的專業(yè)能力;西安市雁塔區(qū)小學(xué)校園足球教練員的數(shù)量不足,應(yīng)通過發(fā)掘現(xiàn)有資源以及整合優(yōu)勢(shì)資源的方式提升西安市雁塔區(qū)小學(xué)校園足球教練員的數(shù)量;西安市雁塔區(qū)小學(xué)校園足球教練員的薪酬低,地位不高,要在提高薪酬的同時(shí),建立合理的評(píng)價(jià)制度,提高西安市雁塔區(qū)小學(xué)校園足球教練員的地位;西安市雁塔區(qū)小學(xué)校園足球教練員整體學(xué)歷水平較高,校園足球教練員的發(fā)展?jié)摿Υ?西安市雁塔區(qū)小學(xué)校園足球教練員中大多數(shù)人沒有經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)的的足球教練員的培訓(xùn),思想不統(tǒng)一,應(yīng)該嚴(yán)格西安市雁塔區(qū)校園足球教練員的“持證上崗”制度;在西安市雁塔區(qū)小學(xué)缺乏符合校園足球教練員實(shí)際需要的培養(yǎng)、培訓(xùn)形式,要為西安市雁塔區(qū)小學(xué)校園足球教練員提供更多的培訓(xùn)平臺(tái),使其符合該地區(qū)校園足球教練員的實(shí)際需求,建立、完善西安市雁塔區(qū)小學(xué)校園足球教練員的培訓(xùn)體制。
[Abstract]:In April 2009, the State General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Circular on the Development of National Youth Campus Football activities, and issued the National Plan for the implementation of Youth Campus Football activities. The cultivation of young football players has officially opened the "campus football model." Campus football coaches are practitioners at the grass-roots level in campus football activities, which play an important role in the implementation of the "campus fourth-tier league" scheme put forward in campus football activities. The effect of campus football depends on the number and quality of campus football coaches. In this paper, the campus football coaches of 52 primary schools that have carried out campus football activities in Yanta District of Xi'an City are selected as the research objects, and the campus football coaches, student players and parents of student players in these schools are taken as the research objects. Through this study, we can grasp the present situation of primary school campus football coaches in Yanta District of Xi'an City, promote the construction of campus football coaches in Yanta District of Xi'an District, and promote the development of campus football activities in Yanta District of Xi'an City. Positive reference significance. This paper makes statistics and analysis on the present situation of campus football coaches in 52 primary schools in Yanta District of Xi'an by means of literature, expert interview, observation, questionnaire, logical analysis and mathematical statistics. Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation and influencing factors, this paper reasonably infers, and draws the countermeasures for the problems in the present situation. The concrete conclusions are as follows: the age structure of primary school football coaches in Yanta District of Xi'an City is reasonable. It has great potential for development; From the point of view of developing women's campus football, the proportion of female campus football coaches is on the low side, so the number of female football coaches should be increased appropriately. The campus football coaches in Yanta District of Xi'an City are mainly composed of external football coaches and physical education teachers, among which there are more non-football special physical education teachers. It is necessary to add campus football coaches with strong football professional ability in the team of campus football coaches. There is a big gap in the professional and technical level of the campus football coaches in Yanta District of Xi'an City, and there is a lack of qualified campus football coaches with the professional and technical level of football. The education department should improve the professional ability of the primary school football coaches in Yanta District of Xi'an City through the cooperation with all kinds of football institutions. The number of primary school campus football coaches in Yanta District of Xi'an City is insufficient, so the number of primary school campus football coaches in Yanta District of Xi'an City should be increased by exploring the existing resources and integrating the dominant resources. The salary of primary school campus football coaches in Yanta District of Xi'an City is low and the status is not high. While increasing the salary, we should establish a reasonable evaluation system to improve the status of primary school football coaches in Yanta District of Xi'an City. The overall educational level of primary school football coaches in Yanta District of Xi'an City is high, and the development potential of campus football coaches is great. Most of the campus football coaches in Yanta District of Xi'an City have not been trained by systematic football coaches, and their ideas are not unified. The system of "holding certificates" of campus football coaches in Yanta District of Xi'an City should be strictly enforced. The primary school in Yanta District of Xi'an City lacks the training and training form to meet the actual needs of the campus football coaches. It is necessary to provide more training platforms for the primary school football coaches in Yanta District of Xi'an City. In order to meet the actual needs of campus football coaches in this area, establish and improve the training system of primary school campus football coaches in Yanta District, Xi'an City.
