【摘要】：中國大學(xué)生五人制足球啦啦隊(duì)比賽至今已連續(xù)舉辦四年,其中五人制足球總決賽啦啦隊(duì)專場(chǎng)比賽是我國大學(xué)生五人制足球啦啦隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)最高水平的充分體現(xiàn),對(duì)本次賽事成套動(dòng)作的分析能夠促進(jìn)啦啦隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)在我國更好地發(fā)展,提高競(jìng)技水平,為相關(guān)啦啦隊(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的管理者、教練員和運(yùn)動(dòng)員在發(fā)展和提高啦啦隊(duì)技術(shù)水平提供有價(jià)值的參考依據(jù)。研究運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、視頻分析法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,對(duì)2016年中國大學(xué)生五人制足球總決賽啦啦隊(duì)專場(chǎng)比賽的八支隊(duì)伍,44套成套動(dòng)作進(jìn)行研究分析,深入剖析我國五人制足球啦啦隊(duì)在成套動(dòng)作中競(jìng)賽規(guī)則與評(píng)分細(xì)則、比賽形式與內(nèi)容、技術(shù)技巧、協(xié)同性、編排、總體評(píng)價(jià)等方面的狀況,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,并提出改進(jìn)方法。研究得出以下結(jié)論:1.30秒與2分30秒兩種不同時(shí)長成套動(dòng)作的存在,順應(yīng)了五人制足球比賽短暫停和中場(chǎng)休息的暫停需要,利用足球賽暫停與休息時(shí)間進(jìn)行啦啦隊(duì)比賽,充分發(fā)揮啦啦隊(duì)烘托氣氛的特點(diǎn),增強(qiáng)比賽的觀賞性。2.在中國大學(xué)生五人制足球啦啦隊(duì)的比賽中花球、爵士、街舞是啦啦隊(duì)成套動(dòng)作的主要風(fēng)格,拉丁舞、民族舞等風(fēng)格舞蹈內(nèi)容的出現(xiàn),豐富了啦啦隊(duì)成套動(dòng)作,為足球啦啦隊(duì)的賽場(chǎng)上增添了新的元素,促進(jìn)啦啦隊(duì)向多元化方向發(fā)展。3.在成套動(dòng)作的技術(shù)技巧方面,轉(zhuǎn)體類難度動(dòng)作使用率最高,跳與躍類次之,2分30秒成套動(dòng)作以非技巧型過渡與連接動(dòng)作為主,而30秒成套動(dòng)作中鮮有過渡與連接動(dòng)作。4.在成套動(dòng)作的協(xié)同性方面,八支隊(duì)伍會(huì)根據(jù)音樂的節(jié)奏、旋律、歌詞、重音等進(jìn)行舞蹈動(dòng)作、難度動(dòng)作、托舉等動(dòng)作的編排,在音樂的選擇上,流行音樂是所有成套風(fēng)格的首選音樂類型,各隊(duì)在動(dòng)作與音樂同步性上完成情況樂觀,所有隊(duì)伍在動(dòng)作統(tǒng)一性上均存在問題,主要表現(xiàn)在隊(duì)員完成動(dòng)作時(shí)的節(jié)奏把控上。5.八支隊(duì)伍的自選2分30秒成套動(dòng)作在風(fēng)格選擇方面平分秋色,在進(jìn)行成套動(dòng)作隊(duì)形變化時(shí),2分30秒成套動(dòng)作中固定隊(duì)形停留時(shí)間為2×8—3×8,相應(yīng)的增加流動(dòng)隊(duì)形的數(shù)量,30秒成套動(dòng)作隊(duì)形以固定隊(duì)形為主,隊(duì)形數(shù)量為4-6個(gè)。6.表現(xiàn)力在啦啦隊(duì)成套動(dòng)作中有著非常重要的作用,在服裝選配方面街舞風(fēng)格的服裝以深色系為主,花球、爵士風(fēng)格的服裝以亮色長袖連體裙為主流服裝風(fēng)格。
[Abstract]:The five-man football cheerleading competition for Chinese college students has been held for four years in a row, among which the special cheerleading competition in the five-man football Finals is the full embodiment of the highest level of five-man football cheerleading in China. The analysis of the complete set of movements in this event can promote the better development of cheerleading in our country, improve the competitive level, and become the manager of relevant cheerleading. Coaches and athletes in the development and improvement of cheerleading technical level to provide valuable reference. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, video analysis, interview and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a study on the eight cheerleading teams in the 2016 Chinese college students' five-person football finals. 44 sets of complete sets of movements are studied and analyzed, and the competition rules and scoring rules, the form and content of the match, the technical skills, the coordination, the arrangement and the overall evaluation of the five-person football cheerleading team in the complete set of movements in China are deeply analyzed. Find out the problem and put forward the improvement method. The results are as follows: 1.30 seconds and 2 minutes and 30 seconds exist in two different time sets, which meet the needs of short suspension and intermission in five-man football match, and make use of the suspension and rest time of football match to carry out cheerleading match. Give full play to the characteristics of cheerleading setting off the atmosphere and enhance the appreciation of the game. 2. In the five-man football cheerleading competition of Chinese college students, flower ball, jazz and hip-hop are the main styles of cheerleading group movements, Latin dance, national dance and other style dance content, which enriches the whole set of cheerleading movements. New elements have been added to the football cheerleading field to promote the development of cheerleading in the direction of diversification. In terms of the technical skills of the complete set of movements, the utilization rate of the difficult movements of the rotation type is the highest, followed by the jump and jump types. 2: 30 seconds complete sets of movements are mainly non-skillful transition and connection movements, while few of the 30-second movements are transition and connection movements. 4. Each team is optimistic in the synchronization of movements and music. All teams have problems in the unity of movements, mainly in the rhythm of the players to control the movement. 5.
