【摘要】：心理韌性是運(yùn)動(dòng)員取得卓越表現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵因素,它與注意控制和焦慮有密切關(guān)系。注意偏向是個(gè)體對(duì)特定信息的選擇性偏好。心理韌性水平可能影響運(yùn)動(dòng)員對(duì)競(jìng)賽環(huán)境中信息的選擇,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致運(yùn)動(dòng)員出現(xiàn)不同的注意偏向。采用線索—靶子范式,使用PPI-A問(wèn)卷從63名武術(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)員中選取高和低心理韌性水平運(yùn)動(dòng)員各12名,探討不同心理韌性水平運(yùn)動(dòng)員對(duì)情緒信息的注意偏向特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果顯示,在無(wú)效線索條件下,高心理韌性運(yùn)動(dòng)員對(duì)情緒刺激表現(xiàn)出注意解除,低心理韌性運(yùn)動(dòng)員對(duì)情緒刺激出現(xiàn)解除困難;而有效線索條件下,低心理韌性運(yùn)動(dòng)員對(duì)負(fù)性情緒刺激表現(xiàn)出注意警覺。結(jié)論:心理韌性影響運(yùn)動(dòng)員的注意偏向,高和低心理韌性水平運(yùn)動(dòng)員表現(xiàn)出不同的注意偏好。未來(lái)研究需要進(jìn)一步探討心理韌性和注意偏向的關(guān)系,闡明心理韌性影響注意偏向的機(jī)制,以及使用運(yùn)動(dòng)專項(xiàng)情境相關(guān)的情緒刺激探討運(yùn)動(dòng)員的注意偏向。
[Abstract]:Psychological toughness is a key factor in the performance of athletes. It is closely related to attention control and anxiety. Note that preference is an individual's selective preference for specific information. The level of psychological toughness may influence the athletes' choice of information in the competition environment, thus leading to different attention bias of the athletes. In this paper,12 names of high and low mental toughness level athletes were selected from 63 Wushu athletes by using the PPI-A questionnaire, and the characteristics of different mental toughness level athletes' attention to the emotional information were discussed. The results show that, under the condition of invalid clue, the high-psychological-toughness athlete shows that the emotional stimulus is relieved, and the low-mental toughness athlete is difficult to release the emotional stimulus; and under the condition of the effective lead, the low-psychological-toughness athlete is alert to the negative emotional stimulation. Conclusion: The mental toughness affects the attention of the athletes, and the athletes with high and low mental toughness show different attention preference. In the future, it is necessary to further study the relationship between the psychological toughness and the attention bias, to clarify the mechanism of the attention to the influence of the mental toughness, and to explore the attention bias of the athletes using the emotional stimulus related to the special situation of the movement.
