FIG規(guī)則下世界健美操錦標(biāo)賽有氧踏板成套動(dòng)作編排的研究

【摘要】：2013年,國際體操聯(lián)合會(huì)(簡(jiǎn)稱FIG)將有氧踏板操規(guī)則注入了《2013-2016國際體操聯(lián)合會(huì)競(jìng)技健美操規(guī)則》中,這對(duì)有氧踏板操來說是質(zhì)的飛躍。目前我國在有氧踏板項(xiàng)目的國際比賽中,雖然取得了一定的成就,但是隨著法國、俄羅斯等國際強(qiáng)國的迅速發(fā)展,我們依然面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。因此我們不僅要在專業(yè)技術(shù)上做出不懈的努力,在科學(xué)理論上我們也要不斷開拓創(chuàng)新。本論文通過對(duì)現(xiàn)有最新國際賽事的分析和研究,意圖找出我國有氧踏板項(xiàng)目成套編排的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足之處,掌握各國成套動(dòng)作編排的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),為全面提升我國健美操有氧踏板項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展提供理論支持。本論文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、錄像觀察法、專家訪談法等方法,結(jié)合《2013-2016國際體操聯(lián)合會(huì)競(jìng)技健美操競(jìng)賽規(guī)則》對(duì)第十三、十四屆世界健美操錦標(biāo)賽有氧踏板前四名隊(duì)伍的成套動(dòng)作編排進(jìn)行分析,得出以下結(jié)論:1.在兩屆世錦賽中,我國在完成分上以絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)戰(zhàn)勝其它國家,證明我國選手有非常強(qiáng)的競(jìng)技實(shí)力。在十四屆比賽中我國以0.05分的藝術(shù)分之差落后于法國獲得亞軍。說明我國在有氧踏板項(xiàng)目上雖然占有一定優(yōu)勢(shì),但是在成套動(dòng)作的藝術(shù)價(jià)值上還有待提升。2.兩屆世錦賽的前兩名隊(duì)伍均采用了4男4女的組合方式,不管是在動(dòng)作的創(chuàng)編設(shè)計(jì)還是服裝的色彩搭配,都顯得更和諧,更加符合人們的審美需求。3.通過兩屆比賽可以看出,各隊(duì)在音樂選擇和運(yùn)用上都能夠突出成套的主題與風(fēng)格,已相當(dāng)成熟。對(duì)于操化動(dòng)作對(duì)稱和不對(duì)稱動(dòng)作編排比例各國家之間還存在一定差距。各隊(duì)伍在過渡與連接方面越來越注重騰空空間的使用,在成套中隊(duì)員間的動(dòng)力性配合較少,且配合類型較為單一。各國家隊(duì)伍的托舉結(jié)構(gòu)日趨復(fù)雜化,在場(chǎng)地利用方面不夠充分。4.中國隊(duì)在兩屆世錦賽中主題風(fēng)格趨于一致,缺乏創(chuàng)意。托舉動(dòng)作樣式豐富新穎,難度性高,是成套動(dòng)作中的一大亮點(diǎn)。對(duì)于配合動(dòng)作的類型較少,整個(gè)成套動(dòng)作偏中場(chǎng)位置。5.踏板器械作為有氧踏板項(xiàng)目的獨(dú)具特點(diǎn),各隊(duì)伍在成套的創(chuàng)編中對(duì)于踏板器械的利用不足,規(guī)則明確指出在成套動(dòng)作中要最大限度的利用踏板,踏板器械在成套動(dòng)作編排中還有很大的發(fā)展空間。6.新規(guī)則的出臺(tái)進(jìn)一步降低了有氧踏板項(xiàng)目的難度,托舉動(dòng)作成為不必要內(nèi)容,使我國失去一比賽優(yōu)勢(shì)。項(xiàng)目發(fā)展越來越重視操化內(nèi)容的編排,合理利用踏板進(jìn)行新穎化、多樣化的操化動(dòng)作將是未來贏得比賽的關(guān)鍵因素。根據(jù)我國在兩屆世錦賽中成套動(dòng)作編排的分析,并結(jié)合有氧踏板項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),提出以下幾點(diǎn)建議:1.我國應(yīng)注重成套動(dòng)作風(fēng)格與主題的上的大膽創(chuàng)新,可考慮加入民族特色內(nèi)容,使其更有中國韻味。加大配合動(dòng)作的次數(shù)和類型的使用,加強(qiáng)整體空間上的變化,更加合理的利用比賽場(chǎng)地。2.加大踏板器械在成套動(dòng)作中的發(fā)開和探索,合理運(yùn)用踏板,更加突出有氧踏板所特有的器械特征。3.根據(jù)新規(guī)則的變化特點(diǎn),盡量減免托舉動(dòng)作的展示,以免成為扣分點(diǎn)。日后應(yīng)著重對(duì)操化動(dòng)作內(nèi)容進(jìn)行編排,可融入舞蹈風(fēng)格的操化動(dòng)作,突出動(dòng)作的觀賞性和藝術(shù)性。4.有氧踏板在國際競(jìng)技中還屬于年輕的項(xiàng)目,規(guī)則還在不斷的完善。教練員與運(yùn)動(dòng)員應(yīng)緊跟規(guī)則變化的腳步,把握最前沿的編排原則以及思路。
[Abstract]:In 2013, the International Gymnastics Federation (FIIG) has injected the aerobic pedal operation rules into the sports aerobics rule of the International Gymnastics Federation for 2013-2016, which is a qualitative leap for aerobic pedal operation. At present, although some achievements have been achieved in the international competition of the aerobic pedal project, with the rapid development of the international powers such as France and Russia, we still face the serious challenge. Therefore, we should not only make unremitting efforts in the professional technology, but also in the scientific theory, we should constantly innovate. This paper, through the analysis and research of the latest international competition, intends to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the complete set of aerobic pedal projects in China, and master the innovation points of the national complete set of action and provide the theoretical support for the overall improvement of the development of the aerobic pedal project in China. This paper uses the methods of literature, video observation, expert interview and so on to analyze the set motion of the four teams in the 13th and 4th World Aerobics Championships in combination with the Rules of the International Gymnastics Federation for 2013-2016. The following conclusions are drawn:1. In the two world championships, our country has overcome the other countries with an absolute advantage, and it is proved that our players have a very strong competitive power. At the forty-fourth session, the difference between the arts of 0.05 points is behind France and the second runner-up. Although it has some advantages in the aerobic pedal project, it is also to be promoted in the art value of the whole set of action. The first two teams of the two world championships have adopted a combination of four men and four, whether in the creation of the action or the color matching of the clothing, it is more harmonious, more in line with the people's aesthetic demand. It can be seen through two games that each team can highlight the whole set of theme and style in the selection and application of music, and it is quite mature. There is also a certain gap between the various countries with the symmetric and asymmetric action of the operation. The team has more and more attention to the use of the empty space in the aspects of transition and connection, and the dynamic coordination among the team members is less, and the cooperation type is relatively single. The structure of the lifting structure of the national team is becoming more and more complicated, and the use of the site is not sufficient. The theme style of China's two world championships is consistent, and the lack of creativity. The style of the support is rich and novel, and the difficulty is high, which is a highlight in the whole set of actions. The whole set of action is in the middle of the half-time position for the type of mating action. As the unique feature of the aerobic pedal project, the pedal device has insufficient utilization of the pedal device in the complete set-up, and the rules clearly indicate that the pedal and the pedal device have a great development space in the complete set of operation. The introduction of the new rules further reduces the difficulty of the aerobic pedal project, makes the move an unnecessary content, and makes our country lose a competition advantage. The development of the project is more and more important to the layout of the content of the operation, and the reasonable utilization of the pedal is the key factor to win the competition in the future. Based on the analysis of the set movement in two world championships in China, and combining with the development trend of the aerobic pedal project, the following suggestions are put forward:1. Our country should pay attention to the bold innovation of the whole set of action style and theme, and can consider the content of the national character and make it more Chinese. The use of the number and type of the matching action is increased, the change in the whole space is enhanced, and the playing field is more reasonable. Increase the opening and exploration of the pedal device in the complete set of action, apply the pedal reasonably, and highlight the device characteristics peculiar to the aerobic pedal. According to the change of the new rule, try to reduce the display of the move as much as possible so as not to be a point of deduction. In the future, emphasis should be placed on the layout of the content of the operation, and it can be integrated into the dance style of the operation, the appreciation and the artistry of the action. The aerobic pedal is also a young project in international competition, and the rules are still perfect. Coaches and athletes should follow the change of the rules, grasp the most forward arrangement principle and the train of thought.
