體育游戲修復(fù)大學(xué)生人際交往障礙問題的教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern science and technology and the change of people's communication mode, interpersonal communication obstacle has become a common psychological problem among college students. The problem of college students' mental health has become a problem which needs to be paid more attention to in moral education. The problem of college students' interpersonal communication obstacle not only affects their study life in school, but also has a great influence on joining the work and adapting to the society in the future. Therefore, how to solve this problem in an effective and reasonable way is very important and urgent. Using the methods of experiment, scale, literature and mathematical statistics, this paper mainly focuses on the planning of physical education, and uses the means of sports games to repair the problems of college students' interpersonal communication obstacles, and makes experimental research on how to repair the problems of interpersonal communication obstacles in college students by means of sports games. The repairing experiment of sports game teaching is a new point of view to repair the interpersonal communication obstacle of college students. It enriches the theoretical basis research and plays a certain reference value in the exploration and practice of repairing the interpersonal communication obstacle of college students. According to the results of teaching experiments, the behavioral analysis of various experimental factors shows that sports games have significantly improved the problem of repairing interpersonal communication barriers of college students. The subjects became more willing to communicate with their peers in sports games. From the experimental observation, it is found that the phenomenon of not daring to look at the peer's eyes in sports games has been obviously improved. After the experiment, college students' sense of inferiority weakened and self-confidence improved. Sports games played a positive role in improving college students' introverted and isolated personality, and played a promoting role in improving college students' interpersonal communication barriers. From the teaching experiment conclusion: from the sports game activity to concentrate the class, the pair and the multi-person cooperation type, the team and the person cooperation type game behavior repairs the university student interpersonal communication obstacle question teaching experiment, effectively relieves the psychological pressure, Gradually gained self-control and self-adjustment. Through sports games to repair college students' interpersonal communication barriers, the communication between people in social adaptability will be greatly improved, and the adaptability of human to society will be gradually enhanced, which will promote the awakening of college students' intellectual consciousness of social adaptation. The value significance of realizing the healthy growth of college students.
