體育專業(yè)大學生時間管理傾向及對學業(yè)成績的影響研究
[Abstract]:With the development of quality education, the importance of autonomous learning for college students is self-evident. Time management is the embodiment of autonomous learning, and good time management can supervise the reasonable arrangement of their own time. Deal with the time conflict between learning and training easily. In particular, college students majoring in physical education have enough discretionary time, but in addition to having solid professional skills, they also have to have a higher level of education, receive training, participate in competitions and at the same time strengthen the level of knowledge, which can be said. Management time is very important for college students majoring in physical education. In this study, 217 undergraduate students from the School of physical Education and Science of Shenyang normal University were investigated, and their time management tendency and academic achievement were chosen as the object of study, and the methods of literature and questionnaire were selected. The psychological measurement method and mathematical statistics method are used to investigate and analyze the object of the study in depth, and the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The scores of time management tendency of physical education college students in three dimensions are uneven, the order of scores are sense of time value, sense of time efficiency, view of time supervision; 2. The tendency of time management and the sense of time value of college students majoring in physical education have significant differences in grade, high grade and strong ability of time management. 3. There is no difference in the view of time supervision in grade. There was no gender difference in time management tendency and three dimensions of physical education major students, but the scores of female students were slightly higher than those of male students, and there were significant differences in planning; (4) the scores of female students were slightly higher than those of male students; 4. There are significant differences in the two dimensions of time management tendency and time supervision view, and there are significant differences in the two dimensions of the sense of time efficiency, but there is no difference in the dimension of the sense of time value in the major. There are significant differences in time allocation and planning factors in the major; 5. There is no difference in the tendency of time management of sports majors on the ground, but the scores of township students in the whole level and three dimensions are slightly higher than those of the urban students. There is a significant difference in the target setting in the birthplace; 6. There is no difference in whether the only child is the only child and whether the student cadre is a student cadre, but the non-only child score is slightly higher than that of the only child, and the student cadre score is slightly higher than that of the ordinary students. There are differences in time management tendency and time monitoring view among students with different academic achievement levels. The scores of time management tendency and three dimensions of high-level students are significantly higher than those of low-level students. The academic achievement of college students majoring in physical education is significantly positively correlated with the total score and three dimensions of time management tendency, and has a positive predictive effect on setting goals, feedback and time allocation.
