【摘要】：隨著我國老齡化進程的快速增加,越來越多的老年人渴望有一個健康歡樂的晚年,氣排球獨特的自身特點和功能符合老年人的生理、心理特點,因此應推廣和提倡老年人積極參加氣排球運動。本文通過調查研究和探討大連市老年氣排球運動的興起和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及影響其發(fā)展的因素,提出促進氣排球運動快速發(fā)展的可行性對策和建議,從實際出發(fā)滿足大連市老年人參與氣排球運動的需要,使氣排球在大連市能夠向著科學化、標準化、合理化方向發(fā)展。本文以大連市老年氣排球運動的開展現(xiàn)狀為研究對象,以大連市老年人氣排球運動的參與者為主要調查對象。采用多種有效的研究方法完成本文需要研究的問題,得出的結論是:1、老年人是參加氣排球運動主力軍,這項運動比較適合老年人,活動量不大,也不容易受傷。男性參與者多于女性參與者,參與者一般都是受過高等教育的,對氣排球都有正確的認識,每次活動時間比較長,每周一般參加一兩次,次數(shù)不是特別多,主要受場地因素影響。2、大連市老年氣排球場地比較缺乏,一般都是用羽毛球場地、籃球場地改造的,幾乎沒有自己專有的正規(guī)場地,部分健身館能夠提供場地但還收費,政府領導不夠重視,經費籌備難度較大并且方式很單一,同時對氣排球的宣傳力度不夠。3、大連市老年氣排球運動參與者產生運動損傷的情況很少,但是也會有損傷,一般會是天氣問題引起的或是以前的老傷復發(fā),出人意料的是比賽賽場上竟然很少有醫(yī)務監(jiān)督人員。4、大連市老年氣排球運動參與者對于氣排球產業(yè)化方面了解很少,即使了解,程度也不深,但是他們參與氣排球運動后的身體變化都會很明顯。5、大連市老年氣排球運動的組織管理機構不夠完善,沒有系統(tǒng)化,規(guī)章制度制定的也不夠合理,領導重視和支持程度不高。6、教練員、裁判員有待整體提高,雖然有國家級的,但是人數(shù)很少。在選拔時很隨意,并且很少有參加過正規(guī)培訓的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid increase of aging process in China, more and more elderly people are eager to have a healthy and happy old age. The unique characteristics and functions of air volleyball accord with the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly. Therefore, we should promote and promote the elderly to actively participate in air volleyball. Based on the investigation and discussion on the rise and development of old-age air volleyball in Dalian and the factors affecting its development, this paper puts forward the feasible countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rapid development of air volleyball. From the reality to meet the needs of the elderly in Dalian to participate in air volleyball, so that the air volleyball in Dalian can be scientific, standardized, rational direction development. This paper takes the present situation of gas volleyball for the elderly in Dalian as the research object, and takes the participants of the air volleyball for the elderly in Dalian as the main object of investigation. Many effective research methods are used to complete the problems which need to be studied in this paper. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the elderly are the main force to participate in the air volleyball sport, which is more suitable for the elderly, the amount of activities is not large, and it is not easy to be injured. Male participants are more than female participants, participants are generally highly educated, have a correct understanding of air volleyball, each activity time is longer, usually once or twice a week, the number of times is not particularly high. Mainly affected by venue factors. 2, Dalian City is relatively short of elderly air volleyball venues, generally using badminton court, basketball court transformation, almost no own proprietary regular venue, some gymnasiums can provide the venue but also charge, The government leadership did not pay enough attention to it, the preparation of funds was difficult and the way was very single, and at the same time, the propaganda for air volleyball was insufficient. 3. The situation of sports injury among the elderly players in gas volleyball in Dalian City was very few, but it would also be injured. Generally, it is caused by weather problems or the recurrence of old injuries in the past. Unexpectedly, there are few medical supervision personnel in the competition field. 4. Participants in the elderly air volleyball sport in Dalian know very little about the industrialization of air volleyball. Even if they understand, the degree is not deep, but their physical changes after their participation in air volleyball will be very obvious. 5. The organization and management of the elderly air volleyball in Dalian City are not perfect enough, they are not systematic, and the rules and regulations are not reasonable enough. Leadership attention and support level is not high. 6, coaches, referees need to be improved as a whole, although there is a national level, but the number of people is small. At the time of selection is very casual, and very few have attended formal training.
