煙臺(tái)市中職學(xué)!秶(guó)家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》執(zhí)行現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:學(xué)生體質(zhì)狀況一直以來(lái)都是國(guó)家和社會(huì)等各方高度重視的問(wèn)題。隨著近年來(lái)國(guó)家不斷加快對(duì)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的步伐,職業(yè)學(xué)!秶(guó)家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》執(zhí)行情況,受到各方的關(guān)注,國(guó)家迫切需要了解當(dāng)前職業(yè)學(xué)!秶(guó)家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》執(zhí)行情況。然而目前,對(duì)于煙臺(tái)地區(qū)職業(yè)學(xué)校執(zhí)行《國(guó)家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》情況的研究不足,尤其對(duì)煙臺(tái)中職學(xué)校的執(zhí)行情況了解尤為缺乏,因此煙臺(tái)地區(qū)中職學(xué)校是否貫徹執(zhí)行,執(zhí)行過(guò)程現(xiàn)狀如何,以及執(zhí)行過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題等亟待研究。本研究從執(zhí)行現(xiàn)狀入手,深入了解當(dāng)前煙臺(tái)地區(qū)中職學(xué)校執(zhí)行情況,分析其中問(wèn)題,針對(duì)中職學(xué)校特點(diǎn),提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策,填補(bǔ)煙臺(tái)地區(qū)研究空白,并引起學(xué)者對(duì)中職學(xué)生體質(zhì)的關(guān)注,促進(jìn)中職學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康發(fā)展。本著為煙臺(tái)市職業(yè)教育服務(wù)的宗旨,對(duì)煙臺(tái)市中職學(xué)!秶(guó)家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》執(zhí)行現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查及對(duì)策研究,基于當(dāng)前煙臺(tái)市對(duì)于中職學(xué)!秶(guó)家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》執(zhí)行情況的研究不足為背景,本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料、專(zhuān)家訪談、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、專(zhuān)家訪談法、數(shù)理分析法和邏輯分析法,對(duì)煙臺(tái)市中職學(xué)!秶(guó)家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》執(zhí)行現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策進(jìn)行研究,研究結(jié)果顯示(1)從調(diào)查的部分中職學(xué)校來(lái)看,有30%學(xué)校沒(méi)有制定本校測(cè)試辦法文件;86%的學(xué)校沒(méi)有專(zhuān)用資金支持;30%的學(xué)校沒(méi)有固定的測(cè)試場(chǎng)地;43%的學(xué)校沒(méi)有購(gòu)買(mǎi)配備專(zhuān)用測(cè)試儀器;86%的學(xué)校對(duì)于測(cè)試人員的工作不計(jì)工作量;86%的學(xué)校采用在體育課上集體測(cè)試的方式,14%采用其他時(shí)間集體測(cè)試方式。(2)從測(cè)試人員來(lái)看,測(cè)試人員基本是本校體育教師,在調(diào)查的52名體育教師中,專(zhuān)職測(cè)試人員比例為69%,其余教師在測(cè)試時(shí)臨時(shí)抽調(diào),其中無(wú)測(cè)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人數(shù)為4%;測(cè)試人員接受關(guān)于體質(zhì)測(cè)試培訓(xùn)比例為:未接受培訓(xùn)為54%,接受一次培訓(xùn)為34%,接受兩次培訓(xùn)為8%,接受三次及以上培訓(xùn)為4%;測(cè)試人員對(duì)《國(guó)家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》認(rèn)識(shí)程度分別為:完全了解為27%,基本了解為63%,不完全了解為10%,不了解為0;測(cè)試人員對(duì)《國(guó)家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》評(píng)價(jià)情況為:繁瑣且無(wú)實(shí)質(zhì)作用為13%,學(xué)生應(yīng)付作用不大為60%,有督促鍛煉的作用,有一定幫助為40%。(3)從學(xué)生反饋來(lái)看,學(xué)生對(duì)測(cè)試項(xiàng)目認(rèn)識(shí)不夠完整,學(xué)生對(duì)測(cè)試項(xiàng)目目的認(rèn)識(shí)不夠明確;學(xué)生認(rèn)為影響測(cè)試工作執(zhí)行的原因集中體現(xiàn)在鍛煉時(shí)間不足,會(huì)影響測(cè)試成績(jī),學(xué)生產(chǎn)生抵觸害怕情緒,影響測(cè)試工作。
[Abstract]:The students' physique has always been a problem that the country and society attach great importance to. With the country speeding up the pace of the development of vocational education in recent years, the implementation of the National physical and Health Standards for students in Vocational Schools has received attention from all parties. The state urgently needs to know about the implementation of the National Standards of physical Health of students in Vocational Schools. However, at present, there is insufficient research on the implementation of "National Standards of physical Health for students" in vocational schools in Yantai region, especially the understanding of the implementation of secondary vocational schools in Yantai, so is the secondary vocational school in Yantai region implemented or not? The present situation of the execution process and the problems existing in the execution process need to be studied urgently. This research starts with the present situation of implementation, deeply understands the current situation of the implementation of secondary vocational schools in Yantai area, analyzes the problems among them, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the characteristics of secondary vocational schools, and fills the research gap in Yantai area. And causes the scholar to the secondary vocational school student physique concern, promotes the secondary vocational school student physique healthy development. In line with the purpose of serving the vocational education in Yantai City, the present situation of the implementation of the National Standard for physical Health of students in Yantai Secondary Vocational School is investigated and the countermeasures are studied. Based on the lack of research on the implementation of National physical Health Standards for students in secondary vocational schools in Yantai City, this paper adopts the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, expert interview, mathematical analysis and logical analysis. The present situation and countermeasures of the implementation of National physical Health Standards for students in secondary vocational schools in Yantai City are studied. The results show that (1) from the survey of some secondary vocational schools, 30% of the schools have not formulated the test documents of this school; Eighty-six per cent of schools do not have dedicated financial support; 30 per cent do not have a fixed test site; 43 per cent do not purchase specialized testing equipment; 86 per cent do not take into account the workload of testers; Eighty-six percent of schools used group testing in physical education classes, and 14 percent used other time group testing. (2) from the tester's point of view, the testers were basically teachers of physical education in their own schools, of whom 52 physical education teachers were surveyed. The percentage of full-time testers was 69%, while the remaining teachers were temporarily selected for testing, of which 4% had no experience in testing; The percentage of testers receiving training on physique testing was 54% without training, 34% for one training, 8% for two trainings, and 4% for three or more training sessions, and 4% for non-training, 34% for one training, 8% for two training sessions and 4% for three or more training sessions.
