不同運(yùn)動(dòng)參與視角下大學(xué)生情商差異研究

【摘要】:主要采用問(wèn)卷法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、統(tǒng)計(jì)法、訪談法和觀察法,通過(guò)對(duì)體育專業(yè)與非體育專業(yè)本科在校生的情商水平從自我認(rèn)知、自我管理、自我激勵(lì)、認(rèn)知他人和人際關(guān)系5個(gè)維度進(jìn)行測(cè)試,并對(duì)測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行定量和定性分析。結(jié)果表明:體育專業(yè)和普通專業(yè)大學(xué)生樣本的情商水平屬于中等偏上,同時(shí)體育專業(yè)學(xué)生情商整體水平顯著高于非體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生;普通大學(xué)生相對(duì)于不鍛煉與體育鍛煉不足者而言,體育鍛煉達(dá)到推薦水平的大學(xué)生可能有更高的情商和生命質(zhì)量,體育鍛煉時(shí)間越長(zhǎng)的大學(xué)生則可能有更高的情商;體育專業(yè)大學(xué)生自我認(rèn)知維度上,藝術(shù)表演類的被試得分顯著低于專項(xiàng)為田徑/游泳、集體球類及小球類的被試;人際關(guān)系維度上,田徑/游泳的被試得分顯著高于集體球類、藝術(shù)表演類的被試,這個(gè)結(jié)果出乎意料;堅(jiān)持1年以上運(yùn)動(dòng)的人因?yàn)檫\(yùn)動(dòng)而對(duì)情商水平的影響差異不大。體育運(yùn)動(dòng)是學(xué)生社會(huì)化的重要通道,因此本文討論不同運(yùn)動(dòng)參與情況下大學(xué)生情商的差異,初衷在于將傳統(tǒng)學(xué)校體育能夠從單純的身體職能性和技術(shù)性的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)中解放出來(lái),從而提請(qǐng)一線的教育工作者注重優(yōu)化高校體育教育中情商教育效果,對(duì)進(jìn)一步深化我國(guó)體育教學(xué)改革無(wú)疑是有價(jià)值的。
[Abstract]:The paper mainly adopts the questionnaire, the literature, the statistical method, the interview method and the observation method to test the relationship between the self-cognition, self-management, self-motivation, the cognition of others and the interpersonal relationship by the EQ level of the non-physical and non-physical undergraduate students. and carrying out quantitative and qualitative analysis on the test results. The results show that the level of the emotional quotient of the sample of physical and ordinary college students is on the middle part, while the overall level of the students in the physical education is higher than that of the non-sports professional college students. The college students who have reached the recommended level may have higher EQ and quality of life. The longer the physical training time, the higher the college students may have higher EQ. In the self-cognitive dimension of the college students in physical education, the test scores of the art performance classes are significantly lower than those of the track and field/ swimming. The test scores of the group ball and the small ball are significantly higher than that of the class ball and the art performance. The result is unexpected, and the influence of the movement of more than one year on the level of the EQ is not great. Sports is an important channel of the socialization of the students, so this paper discusses the difference of the emotional quotient of the college students under different sports participation, and the original intention is to free the traditional school physical education from the simple physical function and the technical training target. Therefore, to draw the attention of the first-line educators to the optimization of the effect of the emotional education in the physical education of the university, it is of great value to further deepen the reform of the physical education reform in our country.
