【摘要】：21世紀現(xiàn)代化人才競爭的大熔爐,知識經(jīng)濟時代迫切需要高素質(zhì)的創(chuàng)新型人才。傳統(tǒng)教學已經(jīng)不能完全適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展的需要,大學普及教育催生下的大學生存在諸多問題,如心理問題、社會適應(yīng)、團結(jié)協(xié)作等能力的不足。拓展訓練因其不同于傳統(tǒng)體育教育的方式、功能和價值,在培育人的綜合素質(zhì)方面有積極的成效。近年來拓展訓練受到全國普通高校的青睞,拓展訓練走進高校校園不僅豐富了校園文化和課程建設(shè),同時滿足了學生的娛樂及教育需求,是實現(xiàn)“以人為本”的素質(zhì)教育的正確選擇。本文選擇貴陽地區(qū)省直屬高校作為調(diào)查對象,由于省直屬高校是隸屬于省教委的高校,由省級國家機關(guān)所創(chuàng)立或負責管理,在一定程度上體現(xiàn)國家政策和意志,在高校中具有代表性,同時這幾所高校地處貴陽市,在接受教育理念更新和信息獲取的速度較其他高校更具優(yōu)勢。本文在閱讀大量相關(guān)文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,采用了問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、邏輯分析法等對貴陽地區(qū)省直屬高校的部分教師和學生進行調(diào)查研究,并分析和討論目前拓展訓練在貴陽地區(qū)省直屬高校的開展現(xiàn)狀、影響因素及對策。研究結(jié)果表明:貴陽地區(qū)9所省直屬高校的學生對拓展訓練有一定的了解,并且大部分學生對拓展訓練感興趣;貴陽地區(qū)省直屬高校中大多數(shù)高校開展有拓展訓練;學生參與拓展訓練的動機主要是挑戰(zhàn)自我和受拓展訓練項目的興趣;學生參與拓展訓練的載體主要是學校拓展訓練課程、班集體活動和社團;學生參與拓展訓練主要選擇易操作、安全系數(shù)高的項目;開展拓展訓練課程的高校受到師資和教學體系不完整的影響還存在很多不足;沒有開展拓展訓練課程的高校主要受到場地設(shè)備、學生自身需求、缺乏教師資源因素影響為主;貴陽地區(qū)省直屬高校中成立許多拓展訓練及相關(guān)社團,但是單純的拓展訓練社團非常少;制約高校拓展訓練發(fā)展因素主要有學生需求、場地設(shè)施、專業(yè)師資、經(jīng)費、安全風險、組織管理、重視程度等。對策:加強拓展訓練宣傳;健全拓展訓練場地設(shè)施建設(shè);建立符合高校拓展訓練課程教學模式;加強拓展訓練師資培訓;加大拓展訓練經(jīng)費投入;進行拓展訓練安全教育;鼓勵拓展訓練社團發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The 21st century modern talent competition melting pot, the knowledge economy age urgently needs the high-quality innovation talented person. Traditional teaching has not been able to fully meet the needs of social development, college students under the birth of universal education, there are many problems, such as psychological problems, social adaptation, lack of ability of solidarity and cooperation. Because of its different ways, functions and values from the traditional physical education, the development training has positive effect in cultivating people's comprehensive quality. In recent years, the extension training has been favored by the general colleges and universities all over the country. It not only enriches the campus culture and curriculum construction, but also satisfies the students' entertainment and educational needs. It is the correct choice to realize the quality-oriented education. This paper chooses the universities directly affiliated to the province of Guiyang as the object of investigation. Because the universities directly affiliated to the provincial education commission are established or managed by the provincial state organs, to a certain extent, they reflect the national policy and will. At the same time, these universities are located in Guiyang city, and they have more advantages than other universities in the speed of receiving the renewal of educational ideas and the acquisition of information. On the basis of reading a large number of related documents, this paper uses questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and so on to investigate and study some teachers and students of colleges and universities directly under the province of Guiyang. This paper also analyzes and discusses the present situation, influencing factors and countermeasures of the development of the extension training in the universities directly under the province of Guiyang. The results show that the students of 9 universities directly under the province in Guiyang have a certain understanding of the development training, and most of the students are interested in the development training, and most of the colleges and universities directly under the province of Guiyang have carried out the expansion training. The motivation of students to participate in the development training is mainly to challenge themselves and the interest of the extended training projects, and the carriers of the students' participation in the expansion training are mainly the school development training courses, class group activities and associations. The students participate in the development training mainly choose the items which are easy to operate and have high safety factor, and there are still many deficiencies in the colleges and universities that carry out the extended training courses under the influence of the teachers and the incomplete teaching system. The colleges and universities which do not carry out the extended training courses are mainly affected by the facilities of the venue, the students' own needs and the lack of teachers' resources. Many extension training and related associations have been set up in the universities directly under the province of Guiyang, but there are very few expansion training associations. The main factors restricting the development of college development include student demand, site facilities, professional teachers, funds, safety risks, organization and management, degree of attention, etc. Countermeasures: strengthen the propaganda of expanding training; perfect the construction of training facilities; establish the teaching mode in accordance with the development training course in colleges and universities; strengthen the training of extension training teachers; increase the investment in training funds; carry out the safety education of development training; Encourage the development of training societies.
