【摘要】：“武術(shù)之鄉(xiāng)”是國(guó)家授予具有尚武之風(fēng)傳統(tǒng)的地市級(jí)以下單位,同時(shí)政府、社會(huì)和群眾支持和參與武術(shù)事業(yè)并形成一定的規(guī)模,規(guī)范有序的普及、推廣和傳承武術(shù),在該省、市做出了突出的貢獻(xiàn)。武術(shù)之鄉(xiāng)是中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)文化的重要陣地;是發(fā)展武術(shù)活動(dòng)、培養(yǎng)武術(shù)人才、展示特色技藝、傳承傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)的重要平臺(tái);對(duì)中國(guó)武術(shù)的傳承、發(fā)展和昌盛具有重要的示范帶頭作用。1996年,山西省太谷縣被授予全國(guó)“武術(shù)之鄉(xiāng)”的稱號(hào),民間素有“形意拳之鄉(xiāng)”。本研究以太谷縣形意拳的開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀為對(duì)象,主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和邏輯分析法。通過(guò)對(duì)太谷縣中學(xué)形意拳課程設(shè)置及開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究,太谷縣形意拳社區(qū)的開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀以及太谷縣舉辦國(guó)際形意拳交流大會(huì)調(diào)查分析,探究其現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題,并提出相應(yīng)的解決方法和對(duì)策。通過(guò)調(diào)查分析“武術(shù)之鄉(xiāng)”山西省太谷縣形意拳的開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀,得出以下結(jié)論:1.太谷縣中學(xué)形意拳師資力量較強(qiáng),教師對(duì)形意拳教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)良好。2.形意拳作為太谷縣特色拳種,太谷縣學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)形意拳的開(kāi)展極其重視,并且學(xué)校開(kāi)展形意拳課程設(shè)置相對(duì)合理。3.太谷縣特色形意拳在社區(qū)發(fā)展過(guò)程中,性別及年齡對(duì)形意拳習(xí)練有影響,在形意拳習(xí)練過(guò)程中,以強(qiáng)身健體為主。4.太谷縣形意拳習(xí)練者練習(xí)時(shí)間主要集中在早晨早飯前,社區(qū)民眾重視晨練。中老年人因?qū)W業(yè)、工作和家庭壓力較小,練習(xí)次數(shù)較多。5.公共場(chǎng)所較多,缺少專業(yè)的輔導(dǎo)人才,教練員的數(shù)量不能滿足形意拳習(xí)練者的需求。6.太谷縣形意拳的宣傳、引導(dǎo)得到太谷縣政府以及相關(guān)管理部門大力支持。7.太谷縣舉辦并參與武術(shù)賽事逐年增加,參與武術(shù)比賽的民眾逐漸增多。建議:1.學(xué)校增加開(kāi)展形意拳講座、培訓(xùn)的次數(shù)。2.加強(qiáng)社區(qū)形意拳習(xí)練者隊(duì)伍的師資力量。3.繼續(xù)加大太谷縣宣傳、引導(dǎo)的力度。4.通過(guò)旅游事業(yè)帶動(dòng)形意拳的發(fā)展。5.開(kāi)展一些形意拳理論知識(shí)的講座,讓形意拳習(xí)練者充分的認(rèn)識(shí)形意拳。
[Abstract]:"the hometown of Wushu" is a national award to units below the prefectural level with the tradition of martial arts. At the same time, the government, the society and the masses support and participate in the Wushu cause and form a certain scale, standardize the orderly popularization of Wushu, promote and inherit Wushu, in the province, The city has made outstanding contributions. The hometown of Wushu is an important position for Chinese traditional Wushu culture, an important platform for developing Wushu activities, cultivating Wushu talents, displaying special skills and inheriting traditional Wushu. In 1996, Taigu County of Shanxi Province was awarded the title of "hometown of Wushu", which is known as "hometown of form and will fist". This research takes the present situation of Taigu County Shape-Yiquan as the object, mainly adopts the literature method, the expert interview method, the questionnaire survey method, the mathematical statistics method and the logic analysis method. Through the investigation and research on the curriculum setting and present situation of Taigu middle school's shape and will boxing, the present situation of Taigu county's shape and Italy boxing community and the investigation and analysis of Taigu county holding the international shape and Italy boxing exchange conference, the existing problems are probed into. And put forward the corresponding solution and countermeasure. Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of Taigu County, Shanxi Province, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. Taigu County middle school shape and will boxing teachers are strong, teachers on the shape and will boxing teaching evaluation is good. 2. Form and will boxing as Taigu County characteristic boxing, Taigu County school leaders attach great importance to the development of shape and will boxing, and the school development of shape and will boxing curriculum is relatively reasonable. 3. In the process of community development, gender and age have an influence on the practice of shape and will boxing, and in the process of practice, it is mainly to strengthen the body and build up the body. 4. Taigu County shape-meaning boxing practitioners mainly concentrated in the morning before breakfast, the community attached importance to morning exercise. The middle and old people have less pressure to study, work and family, and practice more often. More public places, the lack of professional coaching talent, the number of coaches can not meet the needs of boxing practitioners. 6. 6. Taigu County style and Yiquan propaganda, led by the Taigu County government and related management departments strongly supported. 7. Taigu County organized and participated in Wushu events increased year by year, the number of people participating in Wushu competitions gradually increased. Recommendations: 1. Schools increase the number of seminars and training. 2. Strengthen the teaching staff of community training team. 3. Continue to increase propaganda and guidance in Taigu County. 4. Through the tourism industry to promote the development of Yiquan. 5. Carry out a number of theoretical knowledge of shape and will Quan lectures, so that the shape-will boxing practitioners fully understand the shape-meaning boxing.
