【摘要】：本文通過(guò)第16屆亞運(yùn)會(huì)和第21屆世界空手道錦標(biāo)賽對(duì)我國(guó)優(yōu)秀空手道運(yùn)動(dòng)員李紅的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)進(jìn)行分析。采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、錄像分析法、數(shù)理分析法和訪談法等研究方法,以李紅在第16屆亞運(yùn)會(huì)和第21屆世界空手道錦標(biāo)賽中的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)為研究對(duì)象,從中找出李紅技戰(zhàn)術(shù)的使用特點(diǎn)及規(guī)律,以期對(duì)中國(guó)同級(jí)別的運(yùn)動(dòng)員提供參考和借鑒。主要結(jié)論如下:1.李紅在技術(shù)上呈現(xiàn)組合技術(shù)比單一技術(shù)多;組合技術(shù)中高速?zèng)_拳的使用率最高,單一技術(shù)中腿法的使用率最高,摔法的使用率最低。并以組合技術(shù)為主要的得分技術(shù)形式。2.李紅在戰(zhàn)術(shù)上使用上以進(jìn)攻戰(zhàn)術(shù)為主,以迎擊戰(zhàn)術(shù)和防守戰(zhàn)術(shù)為輔。其中以防守戰(zhàn)術(shù)的成功率最高,進(jìn)攻戰(zhàn)術(shù)次之。3.第16屆亞運(yùn)會(huì)和第21屆世界空手道錦標(biāo)賽中李紅組合技術(shù)的使用率降低而單一技術(shù)增加;單一技術(shù)中,摔法的使用率增加了近三倍,拳法和腿法的使用率相當(dāng)穩(wěn)定。4.第16屆亞運(yùn)會(huì)和第21屆世界空手道錦標(biāo)賽李紅的戰(zhàn)術(shù)使用率發(fā)生了不同幅度的變化。其中進(jìn)攻戰(zhàn)術(shù)和迎擊戰(zhàn)術(shù)分別得到了大幅度地增長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the techniques and tactics of China's elite karate player Li Hong through the 16th Asian Games and the 21st World Karate Championships. With the methods of literature, video, mathematical analysis and interview, Li Hong's techniques and tactics in the 16th Asian Games and the 21st World Karate Championships were studied. This paper finds out the characteristics and rules of Li Hong's technique and tactics in order to provide reference for Chinese athletes of the same level. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. Li Hong has the highest utilization rate of high-speed punching in combination technique, the highest of leg method and the lowest of throwing method in single technique. And take the combination technique as the main score technique form. 2. Li Hong mainly used offensive tactics, supplemented by attack tactics and defensive tactics. Among them, defensive tactics have the highest success rate, followed by offensive tactics. 3. 3. In the 16th Asian Games and the 21st World Karate Championships, the utilization rate of Li Hong combination technique decreased while that of single technique increased. In single technique, the utilization rate of fall method increased nearly threefold, and the utilization rate of boxing and leg method was quite stable. 4. The tactical utilization rate of Li Hong in the 16th Asian Games and the 21st World Karate Championship has changed in different extent. Among them, offensive tactics and head-on tactics have been greatly increased respectively.
