【摘要】：以馬克思主義文化生產(chǎn)理論的視角解讀2016賽季NBL總決賽的"消極比賽"事件,認為:"消極比賽"事件屬于劣質(zhì)文化產(chǎn)品;"庸品擠壓良品"的經(jīng)典經(jīng)濟學規(guī)律要求現(xiàn)行管理者應(yīng)重點治理消極比賽、"假黑賭"等比賽市場的偽劣產(chǎn)品。利用實地調(diào)查法和文獻資料法分析得出聯(lián)賽公平治理的優(yōu)先性應(yīng)高于聯(lián)賽的產(chǎn)權(quán)改革(管辦分離)。如何制約行業(yè)內(nèi)"關(guān)系網(wǎng)"的尋租行為、增強比賽的公平性是提高籃球聯(lián)賽生產(chǎn)力的關(guān)鍵因素,也是追求公平正義的社會主義核心價值觀在體育領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)實選擇,據(jù)此提出聯(lián)賽改革合理化建議。
[Abstract]:From the angle of Marxist cultural production theory, this paper interprets the "negative competition" event in the 2016 season NBL Finals, and thinks that the "negative competition" event belongs to the inferior cultural product; The classic economic law of "mediocre products squeezing good products" requires that the current managers should focus on the control of negative competitions, "fake black gambling" and other fake and inferior products in the competition market. Through field investigation and literature analysis, it is concluded that the priority of fair management of league matches should be higher than that of property rights reform (separation of management and management). How to restrict the rent-seeking behavior of the "relationship network" in the industry, and how to enhance the fairness of the competition is the key factor to improve the productivity of the basketball league, and is also the realistic choice of pursuing the fair and just socialist core values in the sports field. Accordingly puts forward the league reform rationalization proposal.
