【摘要】：以社會資本理論為視角,從自律、互律與他律三個(gè)層面構(gòu)建青少年體育俱樂部社會公信力培育機(jī)制。為了提升組織自身的治理水平,俱樂部需要完善內(nèi)部自律機(jī)制、建立行業(yè)互律機(jī)制與健全外部監(jiān)督機(jī)制,只有當(dāng)這三種監(jiān)督機(jī)制共同作用形成合力,才能確保俱樂部公開透明的運(yùn)作與提升俱樂部的社會公信力。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of social capital theory, this paper constructs the cultivation mechanism of social credibility of youth sports clubs from three aspects: self-discipline, interdiscipline and heteronomy. In order to improve the management level of the organization itself, the club needs to perfect the internal self-discipline mechanism, establish the trade mutual law mechanism and perfect the external supervision mechanism, only when these three kinds of supervision mechanisms work together to form a joint force. In order to ensure open and transparent operation of the club and enhance the social credibility of the club.
