【摘要】：我國(guó)是一個(gè)多民族國(guó)家,每個(gè)民族在漫長(zhǎng)的歷史進(jìn)程中都會(huì)形成特有的民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化。甘南藏族地區(qū)因特殊的地理位置和民族宗教信仰等原因形成了豐富多彩的傳統(tǒng)體育內(nèi)容,也形成了各種傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)生活動(dòng)。甘南藏族傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)生是中華傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)生的組成部分,是伴隨著甘南藏族文明進(jìn)程而產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展起來(lái)的。當(dāng)今人們對(duì)民族傳統(tǒng)體育研究逐步深入,但對(duì)民族傳統(tǒng)體育養(yǎng)生卻研究甚少。本文從體育視角審視甘南藏族傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)生,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法和邏輯分析法進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)甘南藏族傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)生內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分類,通過(guò)分析各項(xiàng)目的活動(dòng)形式,從藏醫(yī)學(xué)和現(xiàn)代生理學(xué)角度研究闡述各項(xiàng)目的養(yǎng)生價(jià)值,最后從現(xiàn)代體育視角對(duì)甘南藏族傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)生的發(fā)展提出建議�，F(xiàn)代社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展使人們的生活越來(lái)越便捷,激烈的社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和壓力卻嚴(yán)重影響人們的身體健康,各種現(xiàn)代"文明病"隨之產(chǎn)生,健康和養(yǎng)生越來(lái)越受到人們的重視。體育視角下的甘南藏族傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)生具有強(qiáng)身健體、御病保健和修身養(yǎng)心的功效,可以從整體方面調(diào)養(yǎng)現(xiàn)代人們的生理、心理及社會(huì)適應(yīng)力。在全民健身發(fā)展成為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的體育大背景下,甘南藏族傳統(tǒng)體育養(yǎng)生因其較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性和適用性必定迎來(lái)新的發(fā)展契機(jī)。本文研究力圖充實(shí)甘南藏族傳統(tǒng)體育理論內(nèi)容,從養(yǎng)生學(xué)角度為西北體育的發(fā)展提出建議方案。
[Abstract]:China is a multi-ethnic country, each nation will form the unique traditional national sports culture in the long historical process. Due to its special geographical location and ethnic religious beliefs, Gannan Tibetan region has formed rich and colorful traditional sports contents and various traditional health preservation activities. Gannan Tibetan traditional health preservation is a part of Chinese traditional health preservation, which comes into being and develops with the process of Gannan Tibetan civilization. Nowadays, the research on traditional national sports is going deep, but there is little research on traditional national sports. This paper examines the traditional health preservation of Gannan Tibetans from the perspective of physical education. By using the method of literature, field investigation and logical analysis, this paper classifies the contents of traditional health preservation in Gannan Tibetans, and analyzes the activity forms of various items. From the perspective of Tibetan medicine and modern physiology, this paper expounds the health preservation value of various items, and finally puts forward some suggestions on the development of Tibetan traditional health preservation in Gannan from the perspective of modern sports. With the rapid development of modern society, people's life is more and more convenient. The fierce social competition and pressure seriously affect people's health. Various modern "civilization diseases" come into being, and people pay more and more attention to health and health preservation. From the perspective of physical education, the traditional health care of Gannan Tibetans has the functions of strengthening health, health care and self-cultivation. It can cultivate the physiological, psychological and social adaptability of modern people from the whole aspect. Under the background that the national fitness development becomes the national strategy, the traditional sports of Gannan Tibetan nationality will welcome a new development opportunity because of its strong practicability and applicability. This paper tries to enrich the content of the traditional sports theory of Gannan Tibetans, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of northwest sports from the point of view of health preservation.
