吉林省高校體育教育專業(yè)足球?qū)m?xiàng)課現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著校園足球的推進(jìn),社會(huì)對(duì)足球教師的需求也越來(lái)越大,而體育教育專業(yè)正是未來(lái)中小學(xué)體育教師的培養(yǎng)搖籃,所培養(yǎng)的人才質(zhì)量如何將會(huì)直接影響到校園足球的推廣與發(fā)展。向中小學(xué)持續(xù)輸送高品質(zhì)足球教師是當(dāng)前高校體育教育專業(yè)的首要任務(wù),也是校園足球蓬勃發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)條件。因此,本研究以“校園足球”對(duì)足球教師的基本要求為研究背景,以足球?qū)m?xiàng)班的學(xué)生、教師及專項(xiàng)課的教學(xué)情況為出發(fā)點(diǎn),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法進(jìn)行調(diào)查,對(duì)當(dāng)前吉林省高校體育教育專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、培養(yǎng)規(guī)格、培養(yǎng)方式及足球?qū)m?xiàng)課中所存在的問(wèn)題做出研究和分析,研究結(jié)果如下:吉林省高校體育教育專業(yè)足球?qū)m?xiàng)生源質(zhì)量不佳,主要因?yàn)榧质「咝sw育教育專業(yè)招生方式的局限性,導(dǎo)致足球?qū)m?xiàng)班學(xué)生之間運(yùn)動(dòng)技能水平差距較大。吉林省體育教育專業(yè)足球?qū)m?xiàng)師資結(jié)構(gòu)總體較為良好,主要以中青年教師為主,但35歲以下的教師數(shù)量為零,出現(xiàn)斷層現(xiàn)象;學(xué)歷狀況同2008年相比已大幅度提高;教師職稱結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,要增加教授和副教授的聘任。專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)定位模糊是目前高校體育人才培養(yǎng)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié);在培養(yǎng)方式和培養(yǎng)考評(píng)方面存在片面和單一的現(xiàn)象;場(chǎng)地器材配備較為齊全,但是場(chǎng)地管理有待加強(qiáng)。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題建議:吉林省高校學(xué)生在選修專項(xiàng)前增設(shè)專項(xiàng)測(cè)試,縮小學(xué)生間運(yùn)動(dòng)差距;著重培養(yǎng)青年教師,改善當(dāng)前職稱結(jié)構(gòu);明確專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),將培養(yǎng)體育教師設(shè)為主要目標(biāo);加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)生教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力和創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng),滿足社會(huì)發(fā)展需求和學(xué)生就業(yè)需要;改善單一的教學(xué)形式,增加實(shí)踐和師生互動(dòng)的機(jī)會(huì);優(yōu)化考評(píng)體系,細(xì)化評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),通過(guò)過(guò)程性評(píng)價(jià)與終結(jié)性評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合的方式,對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行綜合性評(píng)價(jià);建立社會(huì)對(duì)體育人才的反饋評(píng)價(jià)體系,對(duì)體育教育專業(yè)的畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行質(zhì)量監(jiān)控,根據(jù)反饋結(jié)果培養(yǎng)社會(huì)所需求的教師。
[Abstract]:With the development of campus football, the demand for football teachers in the society is increasing, and physical education is the cradle of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in the future. The quality of trained talents will directly affect the promotion and development of campus football. Transporting high quality football teachers to primary and secondary schools is the primary task of physical education major in colleges and universities, and is also the basic condition for the vigorous development of campus football. Therefore, this study takes the basic requirements of "campus football" for football teachers as the research background, takes the students, teachers and teaching situation of the special football class as the starting point, applies the literature method, the field investigation method, the questionnaire method, and so on. Through the investigation of the methods of expert interview and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a research and analysis on the training objectives, training specifications, training methods and the problems existing in the special course of football in Jilin Province. The results are as follows: the quality of football students of physical education major in Jilin Province is not good, mainly because of the limitation of enrollment mode of physical education major in Jilin Province, which leads to a big gap in sports skill level among the students of football special class. The structure of football teachers of physical education in Jilin Province is generally good, mainly young and middle-aged teachers, but the number of teachers under 35 years old is zero, there is a fault phenomenon, the educational background status has been greatly improved compared with 2008; The structure of teachers' professional titles is unreasonable and the appointment of professors and associate professors should be increased. The vague orientation of professional training objectives is the weak link in the training of sports talents in colleges and universities at present; there is a one-sided and single phenomenon in training methods and training evaluation; the equipment of the site is relatively complete, but the site management needs to be strengthened. In view of the above problems, the following suggestions are proposed: setting up special tests for college students in Jilin Province before electing special subjects, narrowing the gap between students' sports, focusing on training young teachers and improving the current professional title structure; We should make the training of physical education teachers the main goal, strengthen the cultivation of students' ability of teaching practice and innovation, and meet the needs of social development and students' employment. Improve the single teaching form, increase the opportunity of practice and teacher-student interaction, optimize the evaluation system, refine the evaluation index, through the combination of process evaluation and summative evaluation, carry on the comprehensive evaluation to the students; To establish a feedback evaluation system for sports talents, to monitor the quality of graduates majoring in physical education, and to train the teachers needed by the society according to the feedback results.
