烏魯木齊市健身氣功站點(diǎn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展對(duì)策研究
[Abstract]:Fitness Qigong is a scientific exercise method passed down by our ancestors to strengthen health and prevent diseases. According to the needs of contemporary fitness, the Qigong management center of the State Sports Administration collates and absorbs the beneficial components of the traditional Qigong method, and creates a simple and scientific fitness Qigong method which is easy to learn and healthy and scientific. Since the start of the Qigong station project, the provinces and cities of China are doing the popularization and popularization of Qigong. Urumqi City has also made a positive response, encouraging the registration of fitness Qigong site, and leading the masses to practice fitness Qigong in a positive way. Although this work has been paid attention to and supported, there are still many problems to be solved in the process of popularization. Therefore, this paper investigates and studies the development situation of Qigong fitness station in Urumqi. The purpose of this paper is to find out the deficiency and put forward some countermeasures for the sustainable development of Qigong fitness station in Urumqi. By using the methods of literature, field investigation, interview, questionnaire investigation, analysis, mathematical statistics and so on, this paper deals with the practice of Qigong station in Urumqi City (basic condition, motivation, status quo). To conduct an investigation and study. The results showed that: (1) in Qigong station of Urumqi City, the number of middle-aged and old people practicing was the most; (2) the number of women practicing was obviously more than that of men; (3) the proportion of students from different nationalities was not balanced; (4) the motivation of exercise is moderate, the demand on the field is not high and the increase of social opportunities is the majority. 5 the vast majority of the practitioners choose to practice Qigong in the morning, 60-120 minutes each time, the number of exercises 3-4 times a week is the most; (6) Outdoor street community venues and parks are the main training venues; (7) those who practice Qigong exercise through mutual learning among friends are the first; (8) the biggest difficulty in the process of practicing Qigong is the incorrect movement. Most practitioners have the will to participate in competitions and performances. According to the results of the investigation, the corresponding sustainable development strategies are put forward: (1) to make the body-building qigong movement into universities, primary and secondary schools, and to develop young reserve forces for the scientific popularization of body-building qigong; (2) to make the male masses fully understand the value of fitness Qigong and participate in the exercise by means of lectures, 3 to attract the attention of the minority people to the fitness Qigong and to take part in the exercise, so as to achieve a balanced development state in which all nationalities participate in the exercise; (4) to improve the training places to meet the needs of indoor venues due to the change of weather, 5 to organize high-quality training courses for instructors to enhance their operational ability; (6) issuing bonus to the instructor in order to improve their teaching enthusiasm by the way of selecting standard or leading team to win the competition, using various media to increase people's familiarity with fitness Qigong; Organizing competitions and performing activities to further improve the exercise enthusiasm of fitness Qigong exercisers.
