【摘要】：本課題針對(duì)在校大學(xué)生體育活動(dòng)興趣、身體素質(zhì)變化與體育運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目、運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間等因素之間的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,從體育運(yùn)動(dòng)教育學(xué)角度探索建立大學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)與健康狀況綜合分析模型,并對(duì)大學(xué)生的體育課選項(xiàng)、運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)度、運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間等提出輔助決策指導(dǎo)。論文在綜合分析目前國(guó)內(nèi)外大學(xué)生體育運(yùn)動(dòng)與健康狀況研究工作基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)健康檢查、體能測(cè)試、體育課選項(xiàng)、運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間等分類(lèi)指標(biāo)的統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),綜合運(yùn)用教育技術(shù)理論、決策分析和體育統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)等方法,建立大學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)健康評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系、運(yùn)動(dòng)與健康多因素關(guān)聯(lián)分析模型,采用概率統(tǒng)計(jì)、模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)等技術(shù),融合定性與定量指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)大學(xué)生體育運(yùn)動(dòng)狀況對(duì)體能素質(zhì)、心理素質(zhì)產(chǎn)生的影響進(jìn)行綜合分析;采用基于層次分析的決策支持方法指導(dǎo)大學(xué)生選擇適合的體育運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目。在對(duì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和模型研究基礎(chǔ)上,開(kāi)發(fā)了大學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)健康分析軟件系統(tǒng)。本課題的研究對(duì)于科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)大學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)健康狀況、有針對(duì)性的指導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行體育鍛煉、有效增強(qiáng)和改善學(xué)生的體質(zhì)具有一定的理論和實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the relationship between physical activity interest, physical fitness change and sports events, sports time and other factors of college students. From the point of view of sports education, this paper explores the establishment of a comprehensive analysis model of college students' sports and health status, and puts forward assistant decision guidance for college students' physical education class options, exercise intensity, exercise time and so on. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the current research work on sports and health status of college students at home and abroad, according to the statistical investigation data of health examination, physical fitness test, PE class options, exercise time, etc. Using the methods of educational technology theory, decision analysis and sports statistics, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of college students' sports health, the model of multi-factor correlation analysis between exercise and health, and adopts the techniques of probability and statistics, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and so on. Combining qualitative and quantitative index data, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the influence of college students' sports status on their physical and psychological quality. The decision support method based on AHP is used to guide college students to choose suitable sports items. On the basis of statistical analysis and model study of the survey data, a sports health analysis software system for college students is developed. The research of this subject has certain theoretical and practical application value for scientifically evaluating college students' sports health, instructing students to carry out physical exercise, and effectively strengthening and improving students' physique.
