人體自由負(fù)重深蹲在穩(wěn)定與非穩(wěn)定條件下肌肉iEMG比較研究

【摘要】:為了進(jìn)一步區(qū)別人體自由負(fù)重在穩(wěn)定與非穩(wěn)定條件下對(duì)淺層肌肉放電的影響差異及不同條件下負(fù)重與肌肉活性之間的關(guān)系,本研究對(duì)12名田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)員在不同條件下的保加利亞單腿深蹲相關(guān)肌肉(11塊)進(jìn)行了表面肌電測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明:(1)隨著負(fù)重的提升,人體肌肉i EMG值顯著提高(P0.05,P0.01,P0.001);(2)非穩(wěn)定支撐面練習(xí)僅在低負(fù)重(0%RM)時(shí)較穩(wěn)定支撐面練習(xí)對(duì)人體肌肉刺激更大(P0.05);(3)人體在穩(wěn)定與非穩(wěn)定條件下自由負(fù)重深蹲練習(xí)的不同肌肉之間的組合用力模式不同,穩(wěn)定條件主要刺激了人體的前部肌群,非穩(wěn)定條件則主要刺激了后部肌群。研究認(rèn)為:(1)人體在穩(wěn)定與非穩(wěn)定條件下的自由負(fù)重練習(xí),負(fù)重是刺激淺層肌肉活性的主要變量;(2)人體在穩(wěn)定與非穩(wěn)定條件下的自由負(fù)重練習(xí),肌肉活性與用力模式均需得到關(guān)注,應(yīng)根據(jù)實(shí)際需求,合理選擇訓(xùn)練方法;(3)穩(wěn)定與非穩(wěn)定條件下負(fù)重與人體肌肉的i EMG存在一種"S"型非線性曲線關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In order to further distinguish the effect of free load on the discharge of superficial muscle under stable and unstable conditions, and the relationship between load and muscle activity under different conditions, In this study, surface electromyography (EMG) tests were performed on 11 muscles (11 blocks) of Bulgarian single leg squatting in different conditions of 12 track and field athletes. The results showed that: (1) with the increase of weight loading, the value of I EMG of human muscle increased significantly (P0.05U P0.01P0.001); (2) the unsteady support surface exercises only at low load (0%RM) than the stable support surface exercise on human muscle stimulation more (P0.05); (3) under stable and unstable conditions, the combined force patterns of different muscles in free squat exercise are different. The stable condition mainly stimulates the anterior muscle group of the human body, while the unstable condition mainly stimulates the posterior muscle group. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the free load-bearing exercise of human body under stable and unstable conditions is the main variable to stimulate the superficial muscle activity; (2) in the free load exercise of human body under stable and unstable conditions, both muscle activity and exertion should be paid attention to, and the training methods should be reasonably selected according to the actual demand; (3) there is a "S" type nonlinear curve relationship between the weight loading and the I EMG of human muscles under stable and unstable conditions.
