【摘要】：本文以江蘇省業(yè)余體校為研究對(duì)象,通過專家訪談和問卷調(diào)查等方法探索經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)下,地方政府謀求業(yè)余體校發(fā)展的基本路徑。研究認(rèn)為,江蘇從7個(gè)方面著手,加快補(bǔ)齊當(dāng)前業(yè)余體校發(fā)展短板,并走出了一條具有地方特色的改革道路:一是以基地建設(shè)為抓手,精準(zhǔn)提升業(yè)余體校發(fā)展質(zhì)量;二是以省運(yùn)會(huì)為切入點(diǎn),創(chuàng)新后備人才培養(yǎng)的過程性評(píng)價(jià)體系;三是以"兩納入"為基點(diǎn),大力促進(jìn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員身心全面發(fā)展;四是以市隊(duì)校辦為契機(jī),扎實(shí)推進(jìn)體教結(jié)合向縱深發(fā)展;五是以賽事改革為載體,切實(shí)涵養(yǎng)體育文化的校園根基;六是以項(xiàng)目規(guī)律為中心,逐步強(qiáng)化教練員的執(zhí)教能力;七是以信息管理為平臺(tái),不斷加強(qiáng)人才培養(yǎng)科學(xué)水平。面對(duì)"十三五"時(shí)期"兩個(gè)率先"的目標(biāo)定位和建設(shè)"強(qiáng)富美高"新江蘇的戰(zhàn)略部署,江蘇應(yīng)進(jìn)一步深化已有舉措,增強(qiáng)體校發(fā)展動(dòng)力、厚植體校發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì),在建成與新江蘇相適應(yīng)的體育強(qiáng)省的道路上奮力續(xù)寫業(yè)余體校發(fā)展新篇章。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the amateur sports school in Jiangsu Province as the research object and explores the basic path for the development of the amateur sports school by the local government under the new normal state of economic development through expert interviews and questionnaires. The study shows that Jiangsu should speed up the development of amateur sports schools from seven aspects, and walk out a reform road with local characteristics: first, take base construction as the starting point to improve the development quality of amateur sports schools with precision; The second is to innovate the process evaluation system of the training of reserve talents with provincial sports meeting as the starting point, and the third is to promote the athletes' physical and mental comprehensive development on the basis of "two incorporation". The fourth is to take the city team school as an opportunity to promote the combination of sports and education to the depth of development; five is to take the sports reform as the carrier to effectively preserve the campus foundation of sports culture; six is to gradually strengthen the coaching ability of coaches by taking the project rules as the center; Seventh, to information management as a platform, constantly strengthen the scientific level of talent training. In the face of the target orientation of "two pioneers" in the 13th Five-Year Plan period and the strategic plan for building a new Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu should further deepen the existing measures, strengthen the motive force for the development of sports schools, and strengthen the development advantages of sports schools. On the road of establishing a strong sports province suitable for the new Jiangsu Province, we should continue to write a new chapter on the development of amateur sports schools.
