【摘要】：競(jìng)技體育究竟是增加了亦或是減少了暴力發(fā)生,有關(guān)競(jìng)技體育與暴力的關(guān)系中西學(xué)界存在激烈爭(zhēng)論,呈現(xiàn)出兩種對(duì)立假說。樂觀派認(rèn)為,體育是社會(huì)安全閥,競(jìng)技體育發(fā)揮了"戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)替代"功用,參與者將本能中的攻擊性轉(zhuǎn)移至體育賽場(chǎng)內(nèi)安全宣泄,同時(shí)學(xué)會(huì)面對(duì)壓力情景時(shí)的暴力控制策略,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)暴力的控制;悲觀方則認(rèn)為暴力是競(jìng)技體育的本質(zhì)屬性,暴力已經(jīng)成為競(jìng)技體育和新聞傳媒的重要賣點(diǎn),加上觀眾的群體效應(yīng),暴力將伴隨競(jìng)技體育客觀發(fā)生且不可根除。文中在查閱大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)兩種假說進(jìn)行梳理與探討,并嘗試從中找尋有助于我國球場(chǎng)暴力控制的有益啟示。研究認(rèn)為:競(jìng)技雙方為比賽目的發(fā)生的規(guī)則允許的身體對(duì)抗的"暴力"應(yīng)不斷得到鞏固與強(qiáng)化;對(duì)觀賽觀眾中發(fā)生的偏差行為需要謹(jǐn)慎包容與引導(dǎo),越軌行為需及時(shí)制止以避免升級(jí)與擴(kuò)大化,對(duì)暴力犯罪行為必須予以嚴(yán)厲打擊;對(duì)體育暴力實(shí)施者需從社會(huì)輿論、經(jīng)濟(jì)收益與刑事司法三方面予以及時(shí)懲戒;球場(chǎng)暴力的控制需以加強(qiáng)看臺(tái)文化建設(shè)為根本。
[Abstract]:Whether competitive sports has increased or reduced the occurrence of violence, the relationship between sports and violence between Chinese and Western scholars exists fierce debate, showing two opposite hypotheses. The optimists believe that sports is a social safety valve, that competitive sports play a role of "war substitution", that participants transfer their instinctive aggression to the sports arena to safely vent their feelings, and that they learn to control violence in the face of stress situations. The ultimate control of violence; The pessimistic side thinks that violence is the essential attribute of competitive sports, violence has become an important selling point of competitive sports and news media, and with the crowd effect of audience, violence will occur objectively with competitive sports and cannot be eradicated. On the basis of consulting a large number of literatures, this paper combs and discusses the two hypotheses, and tries to find some useful enlightenment for the control of court violence in China. The study holds that: the physical confrontation "violence" allowed by the rules of both sides should be constantly consolidated and strengthened; In order to avoid the escalation and expansion, the deviant behavior should be carefully tolerated and guided, and the violent criminal behavior must be severely punished. The perpetrators of sports violence should be punished in time from the three aspects of public opinion, economic benefits and criminal justice, and the control of stadium violence should be based on strengthening the cultural construction of the stands.
