【摘要】：跆拳道,是當(dāng)今奧運(yùn)會正式比賽項目之一。跆拳道世界錦標(biāo)賽是由跆拳道世界聯(lián)盟(WTF)舉辦的世界最高水平的比賽之一,每兩年舉行一次。跆拳道世界錦標(biāo)賽推進(jìn)了跆拳道在世界范圍內(nèi)的普及與發(fā)展,受到越來越多的關(guān)注。為了進(jìn)一步了解優(yōu)秀女子跆拳道運(yùn)動員在比賽中的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)應(yīng)用情況,備戰(zhàn)2017年世界錦標(biāo)賽以及2018年青奧會,本文主要以2015年跆拳道世界錦標(biāo)賽半決賽以及決賽的女子運(yùn)動員為研究對象,采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、錄像觀察法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法和專家訪談法等研究方法,重點(diǎn)剖析2015年跆拳道世界錦標(biāo)賽半決賽、決賽女子運(yùn)動員的技術(shù)使用情況和戰(zhàn)術(shù)使用情況,旨在為我國跆拳道訓(xùn)練工作提供數(shù)據(jù)上的幫助和指導(dǎo)。主要得出以下結(jié)論:(1)2015年世錦賽半決賽、決賽女子運(yùn)動員使用率最高的腿法是橫踢、推踢,分別為52.1%、35.6%,成功率分別為12.7%、6.9%;勾踢、下劈、后旋使用次數(shù)不多,使用率分別為4.5%、3.9%、1.7%,但是成功率較高,為12.7%、6.9%、7%;但運(yùn)動員對于拳法的使用率僅僅占到所有技術(shù)運(yùn)用的1%,其成功率是14.3%。(2)2015年世錦賽半決賽、決賽中女子運(yùn)動員得分主要技術(shù)是1分以及3分技術(shù),1分技術(shù)主要是采用了橫踢、推踢,其運(yùn)用率是84.37%,雖然其運(yùn)用率比3分技術(shù)多,但其成功率僅為4.43%,不及3分技術(shù)的成功率,3分技術(shù)主要以下劈以及高位勾踢技術(shù)為主,使用率為15.63%,成功率為5.01%。(3)2015年世錦賽半決賽、決賽女子運(yùn)動員單個技術(shù)運(yùn)用較多;連擊技術(shù)使用情況多于組合技術(shù),并且得分率高于組合技術(shù);組合技術(shù)運(yùn)用較少,得分率也較低。(4)2015年世錦賽半決賽、決賽女子運(yùn)動員主動進(jìn)攻戰(zhàn)術(shù)的使用率高于防守反擊、迎擊、假動作和貼靠等戰(zhàn)術(shù),其中主動進(jìn)攻戰(zhàn)術(shù)的使用率最高,為55.53%,其成功率為56.62%,假動作的使用以及貼靠技術(shù)的使用都比較少。(5)在2015年世錦賽半決賽、決賽中女子運(yùn)動員的主要犯規(guī)情況為倒地、出界和抓(摟或推)對方。
[Abstract]:Taekwondo is one of the official events in the Olympic Games. The Taekwondo World Championship is one of the world's highest level tournaments organized by the World Federation of Taekwondo (WTF) and is held every two years. Taekwondo World Championship has promoted the popularity and development of Taekwondo in the world, and has received more and more attention. In order to further understand the technical and tactical application of elite women taekwondo athletes in the competition, they are preparing for the 2017 World Championships and the 2018 Youth Olympic Games. This paper mainly takes the women athletes in the semifinals and finals of the 2015 Taekwondo World Championship as the research objects, and adopts the methods of literature, video observation, mathematical statistics and expert interviews, etc. In order to provide data help and guidance for Chinese taekwondo training work, this paper mainly analyzes the technical and tactical application of women athletes in the semifinals and finals of the world championship of taekwondo in 2015. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) in the semifinals of the 2015 World Championship, the most popular leg method for the women athletes in the final is the cross kick, the pushing kick, the 52.1 and 35.6 respectively, and the success rate is 12.7and 6.9b respectively; The number of times of use is not much, the usage rate is 4.50.3.9and 1.7. but the success rate is higher, 12.7and 6.9. However, the utilization rate of boxing only accounts for 1% of all technical applications, and the success rate is 14.3%. (2) in the semifinals of the 2015 World Championships, the main techniques for women athletes to score in the final are 1 and 3 points. The 1 point technique is mainly a cross kick and a push kick. Its application rate is 84.37. Although its application rate is more than that of the 3 points technique, its success rate is only 4.43, less than the success rate of the 3 points technique. (3) in the semi-finals of the world championships in 2015, the women athletes in the finals used more of the single technique than the women in the finals; the main techniques were as follows: (3) the technique of splitting and kicking were the main points, the utilization rate was 15.63, and the success rate was 5.01; The use of continuous strike technology is more than that of combination technology, and the scoring rate is higher than that of combination technology. (4) in the semifinals of the World Championships in 2015, the utilization rate of women's active offensive tactics in the finals was higher than that in defensive counter-attacks, confrontations, false movements and clinging, etc. The use rate of active offensive tactics is the highest, 55.53, its success rate is 56.622.The use of false movements and stick techniques are relatively few. (5) in the semi-finals of the World Championships in 2015, The main fouls of female athletes in the final are falling out of bounds and grasping (cuddling or pushing) the opponent.
