【摘要】："難民參奧"是奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)順應(yīng)世界發(fā)展潮流、與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的內(nèi)涵創(chuàng)新,以?shī)W運(yùn)會(huì)的全球影響力引起全世界人民對(duì)難民問(wèn)題的關(guān)注和照顧。奧林匹克精神的普世性宗旨和原則是"難民參奧"的根本依據(jù),奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)全球化和全民化的深化是"難民參奧"的必然邏輯。作為世界上最大的非政府組織,國(guó)際奧委會(huì)將以和平和人文關(guān)懷為旗幟,加強(qiáng)與聯(lián)合國(guó)等合作,積極參與難民、環(huán)境、和平等問(wèn)題的全球治理,使奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)全球化在友好的環(huán)境中發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:"Refugee participation in the Olympic Games" is the Olympic Movement to adapt to the world trend of development, with the connotation of innovation, with the global influence of the Olympic Games to attract the world's attention and care for the refugee problem. The universal purpose and principle of Olympic spirit is the fundamental basis of "refugee participation in the Olympic Games", and the globalization and the deepening of the Olympic Movement are the inevitable logic of "refugee participation in the Olympic Games". As the largest non-governmental organization in the world, the IOC will, under the banner of peace and humanistic care, strengthen cooperation with the United Nations and actively participate in the global governance of refugee, environmental, peace and other issues. The globalization of the Olympic Movement has developed in a friendly environment.
