欄架組合訓(xùn)練對首都師范大學(xué)學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:欄架組合訓(xùn)練作為體能訓(xùn)練以及身體運(yùn)動功能訓(xùn)練中一項(xiàng)常用且基本的訓(xùn)練手段,在不同項(xiàng)目的專項(xiàng)體能訓(xùn)練及運(yùn)動功能上都發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用,且隨著人們認(rèn)識程度的不斷提高,其應(yīng)用的領(lǐng)域和范圍也在不斷的擴(kuò)大。體能是一名運(yùn)動員提高運(yùn)動技術(shù)和成績的關(guān)鍵,也是群眾擁有健康體質(zhì)的必要保障。隨著欄架組合訓(xùn)練越來越多的被人們所熟知,其在眾多項(xiàng)目的專項(xiàng)體能素質(zhì)的提高上給運(yùn)動員和教練員提供了更多可能和更多機(jī)會,并且這一訓(xùn)練方法也逐漸被大眾和體育教育一線工作者所認(rèn)同。本文通過將欄架組合訓(xùn)練的部分訓(xùn)練方法改進(jìn)以應(yīng)用于大學(xué)生體育課準(zhǔn)備活動,以此研究欄架組合訓(xùn)練對大學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)產(chǎn)生的影響,探討欄架組合練習(xí)能否取代傳統(tǒng)性準(zhǔn)備活動,對大學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)產(chǎn)生更加積極的影響。文章通過文獻(xiàn)資料法,專家訪談法,實(shí)驗(yàn)法,數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,邏輯分析法等研究方法,重點(diǎn)采用實(shí)驗(yàn)研究對首都師范大學(xué)大二學(xué)生進(jìn)行欄架組合訓(xùn)練的教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明:欄架組合訓(xùn)練能夠有效提高學(xué)生體質(zhì)測試中相關(guān)指標(biāo)的成績,即對學(xué)生力量素質(zhì)、速度素質(zhì)、耐力素質(zhì)等產(chǎn)生了良好的效果,學(xué)生相關(guān)關(guān)節(jié)、肌肉得到有效的鍛煉。在提高學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)的同時,能夠有效避免學(xué)生在后面的專項(xiàng)課程中發(fā)生運(yùn)動損傷,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和參與體育運(yùn)動的積極性。通過對實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)班學(xué)生體測總體成績比對照班未參加欄架組合訓(xùn)練的學(xué)生有了顯著性的提高。另外通過對實(shí)驗(yàn)班和對照班學(xué)生體測指標(biāo)達(dá)標(biāo)等級人數(shù)的對比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)雖然欄架組合訓(xùn)練有效提高了學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì),但學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)水平整體偏低,尤其是在測試男生上肢力量水平的引體向上指標(biāo)上,近一半學(xué)生處于不及格水平,另外各個測試指標(biāo)優(yōu)秀、良好水平人數(shù)所占比例很低,或幾乎沒有,間接說明學(xué)生體質(zhì)水平不高,需要采取有效措施對學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)狀況進(jìn)行干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:As a common and basic training method in physical fitness training and physical movement function training, hurdle frame combined training plays a more and more important role in specific physical fitness training and sports function of different items. And with the continuous improvement of people's understanding, its application field and scope are also expanding. Physical fitness is the key to an athlete's improvement of sports skills and achievements, and is also a necessary guarantee for the masses to have a healthy physique. With the increasing popularity of hurdle training, it provides more possibilities and opportunities for athletes and coaches to improve their specific physical quality in many events. And this training method is gradually recognized by the public and physical education workers. In this paper, by improving some training methods of hurdle combination training to apply to college students' physical education preparation activities, this paper studies the influence of hurdle frame combination training on college students' physical quality. This paper discusses whether the frame exercises can take the place of the traditional preparation activities and have a more positive effect on the physical quality of college students. Based on the methods of literature, expert interview, experiment, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper focuses on the teaching experiment of hurdle frame combination training for the sophomore students of Capital normal University. The results show that the combined hurdle training can effectively improve the achievement of the related indexes in the students' physique test, that is, it has a good effect on the students' strength quality, speed quality, endurance quality and so on. Muscles are effectively exercised. While improving the students' physical quality, it can effectively avoid the students' sports injury in the later special courses, and train the students' enthusiasm for learning and participating in sports. Through the statistical analysis of the experimental data, it was found that the overall scores of the students in the experimental class were significantly higher than those in the control class who did not participate in the hurdle-frame combination training. In addition, through the comparative analysis of the number of students in the experimental class and the control class, it is found that although the combined training of hurdle frame can effectively improve the students' physical quality, the overall level of the students' physical fitness is on the low side. In particular, when it comes to leading up to the boys' upper limb strength levels, nearly half of the students are at the failing level, and the other tests are excellent, and the proportion of people with good levels is very low, or almost no. It shows indirectly that the students' physique level is not high, and it is necessary to take effective measures to interfere with the students' physical fitness.
