欄架組合訓(xùn)練對首都師范大學(xué)學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:As a common and basic training method in physical fitness training and physical movement function training, hurdle frame combined training plays a more and more important role in specific physical fitness training and sports function of different items. And with the continuous improvement of people's understanding, its application field and scope are also expanding. Physical fitness is the key to an athlete's improvement of sports skills and achievements, and is also a necessary guarantee for the masses to have a healthy physique. With the increasing popularity of hurdle training, it provides more possibilities and opportunities for athletes and coaches to improve their specific physical quality in many events. And this training method is gradually recognized by the public and physical education workers. In this paper, by improving some training methods of hurdle combination training to apply to college students' physical education preparation activities, this paper studies the influence of hurdle frame combination training on college students' physical quality. This paper discusses whether the frame exercises can take the place of the traditional preparation activities and have a more positive effect on the physical quality of college students. Based on the methods of literature, expert interview, experiment, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper focuses on the teaching experiment of hurdle frame combination training for the sophomore students of Capital normal University. The results show that the combined hurdle training can effectively improve the achievement of the related indexes in the students' physique test, that is, it has a good effect on the students' strength quality, speed quality, endurance quality and so on. Muscles are effectively exercised. While improving the students' physical quality, it can effectively avoid the students' sports injury in the later special courses, and train the students' enthusiasm for learning and participating in sports. Through the statistical analysis of the experimental data, it was found that the overall scores of the students in the experimental class were significantly higher than those in the control class who did not participate in the hurdle-frame combination training. In addition, through the comparative analysis of the number of students in the experimental class and the control class, it is found that although the combined training of hurdle frame can effectively improve the students' physical quality, the overall level of the students' physical fitness is on the low side. In particular, when it comes to leading up to the boys' upper limb strength levels, nearly half of the students are at the failing level, and the other tests are excellent, and the proportion of people with good levels is very low, or almost no. It shows indirectly that the students' physique level is not high, and it is necessary to take effective measures to interfere with the students' physical fitness.
