功能性拉伸準(zhǔn)備活動對排球普修課學(xué)習(xí)興趣與技術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)的影響

【摘要】:準(zhǔn)備活動是使人體從安靜狀態(tài)過渡到身體適宜運(yùn)動狀態(tài)而進(jìn)行的有目的的身體練習(xí),其重要性毋庸置疑。而當(dāng)前高校排球普修課中教師和學(xué)生對準(zhǔn)備活動的意義認(rèn)識不足、練習(xí)手段單一、與基本教學(xué)部分脫節(jié)等現(xiàn)象已成常態(tài),嚴(yán)重影響學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和教學(xué)任務(wù)的完成。同時,通過查閱文獻(xiàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前功能性拉伸練習(xí)在教學(xué)、訓(xùn)練等領(lǐng)域的普及度越來越高,眾多學(xué)者的研究證實(shí)了功能性拉伸練習(xí)的價(jià)值,不過都是從訓(xùn)練學(xué)角度、對高水平運(yùn)動員的研究,而將功能性拉伸練習(xí)安排在排球普修課準(zhǔn)備活動部分的研究還不多。本文以文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法為研究方法,以北京郵電大學(xué)世紀(jì)學(xué)院2014級兩個班級的排球普修課學(xué)生為研究對象,對照組采用常規(guī)徒手操準(zhǔn)備活動,實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用功能性拉伸練習(xí)的準(zhǔn)備活動,探究兩種準(zhǔn)備活動的負(fù)荷特點(diǎn)和對學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣、排球技術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)方面影響。研究結(jié)果如下:1.采用功能性拉伸準(zhǔn)備活動的學(xué)生心率變化更加連續(xù)、無斷層現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn),負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度逐漸增加并保持在合理范圍。2.功能性拉伸準(zhǔn)備活動有利于提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。在體育情景興趣評價(jià)的六個維度中的得分均優(yōu)于對照組,其中新穎性評價(jià)最高,然后依次是挑戰(zhàn)性、探索性、總體興趣、愉悅感、注意力。3.功能性拉伸準(zhǔn)備活動對排球技術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)有幫助。在正面雙手墊球、正面雙手傳球、正面上手發(fā)球的得分和提高幅度方面均優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:功能性拉伸準(zhǔn)備活動內(nèi)容負(fù)荷更加合理,有利于提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣,對排球技術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)有幫助作用。
[Abstract]:Preparation activities are purposeful physical exercises that enable the human body to make the transition from a quiet state to a suitable state of movement, and its importance is beyond doubt. At present, teachers and students in general volleyball courses in colleges and universities have insufficient understanding of the significance of preparatory activities, single means of practice and disconnection from basic teaching, which seriously affect the students' interest in learning and the completion of teaching tasks. At the same time, it is found that functional stretching exercises are becoming more and more popular in teaching, training and other fields. Many scholars have confirmed the value of functional stretching exercises, but from the perspective of training. The research on high level athletes, but the study of functional stretching exercises in the preparation of volleyball general course is not much. In this paper, the methods of literature, expert interview, experiment, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics are taken as the research methods, and the students of volleyball general course in 2014 class of Beijing University of posts and Telecommunications are taken as the research objects. In the control group, routine bare-handed exercises were used as preparation activities, while in the experimental group, the load characteristics of the two kinds of preparatory activities and their effects on students' learning interest and volleyball technical study were investigated. The results are as follows: 1. The heart rate changes of the students using functional stretching preparation activities were more continuous, no fault phenomenon appeared, and the load intensity gradually increased and kept in a reasonable range of 2. 2. Functional stretching preparation activities are helpful to improve students' interest in learning. The scores of the six dimensions of sports situational interest evaluation were superior to those of the control group, among which novelty evaluation was the highest, followed by challenge, exploratory, general interest, pleasure, and attention. 3. Functional stretching preparation activities are helpful for volleyball technical study. The score and improvement range of front-hand padding, front-handed pass, frontal upper-hand serve were better than that of the control group. Conclusion: the content load of functional stretching preparation activities is more reasonable, which is beneficial to improve students' interest in learning and helpful to volleyball technical study.
