廣州市普通高?鐚W(xué)科體育專業(yè)碩士研究生學(xué)習(xí)情況研究

【摘要】:自2008年北京奧運會成功舉辦以來,隨著我國的體育事業(yè)以及社會的不斷發(fā)展,社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對復(fù)合型人才的需要也隨著增加,吸引著越來越多的高素質(zhì)人才投身到體育行業(yè)中來,為我國體育事業(yè)更上一層樓提供的更為強大的動力,另一方面,從2009年國家放開碩士研究生的招生以后,體育類的碩士研究生招生規(guī)模越逐年擴大,促使著相當一部分原來并非體育專業(yè)的學(xué)生跨專業(yè)考取了體育碩士研究生,但是,由于這部分的學(xué)生在本科時候的專業(yè)并不是體育相關(guān)專業(yè),這部分碩士研究生在攻讀研究生期間在學(xué)習(xí)上或多或少會出現(xiàn)某些方面的不足。本調(diào)查研究旨在通過對這部分跨學(xué)科研究生的調(diào)查研究,獲得這部分學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題所在,針對所出現(xiàn)的問題進行總結(jié)分析,并對跨學(xué)科體育類研究生提出相關(guān)學(xué)習(xí)建議,也為高校接下來培養(yǎng)研究生提供相關(guān)參考,提高高校培養(yǎng)跨學(xué)科體育研究生的綜合水平。本調(diào)查研究通過問卷調(diào)查法、文獻資料法、訪談法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法,選取廣州地區(qū)在廣州地區(qū)具有將強代表性的華南師范大學(xué)、廣州大學(xué)以及廣州體育學(xué)院三所相關(guān)的體育院校的31名跨學(xué)科全日制體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生進行調(diào)查研究,得到以下關(guān)于廣州地區(qū)跨學(xué)科體育碩士研究生學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀的初步研究結(jié)論以及建議:結(jié)論:1.跨科考研的主要動機是為繼續(xù)深造,提高自己的學(xué)歷,主要目的則是為了在畢業(yè)后從事體育教師職業(yè),在考研之前都有著某一項運動項目的特長或者興趣愛好。2.體育專業(yè)理論知識較為薄弱,但愿意進行專業(yè)理論的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)習(xí)進步相對較快,喜歡通過自修的方式進行學(xué)習(xí),與此同時,大多表示學(xué)校設(shè)置的公共課程目的性不強,對學(xué)習(xí)的幫助不大。3.專業(yè)運動技能基礎(chǔ)較差,學(xué)習(xí)進步較慢,學(xué)習(xí)效果較差,學(xué)習(xí)積極性不高,部分表現(xiàn)為有“一!,但無“多能”,運動技能總體屬于較弱的狀態(tài)。進行運動訓(xùn)練的原因主要是出于興趣愛好。4.大多選擇學(xué)校作為實習(xí)實踐地點,主要是為了配合以后的工作需要。進行實習(xí)實踐的目的主要是為了增加閱歷,提高自身的能力。在實習(xí)實踐過程中主要表現(xiàn)出對體育工作的不熟悉以及上手較慢的不足。5.對學(xué)習(xí)影響最大的是自身因素,主要是專業(yè)理論技能基礎(chǔ)薄弱,時間緊,導(dǎo)致專業(yè)知識技能成為學(xué)習(xí)短板。就業(yè)前景、自身的期望以及專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)較差是學(xué)習(xí)壓力來源的主要三個方面。另外,與導(dǎo)師的交流不足,學(xué)校運動基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的老化以及場館的開放度低三個因素也在一定程度上對學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生了影響。建議:1.跨學(xué)科研究生應(yīng)該通過多種渠道的學(xué)習(xí)方式進行學(xué)習(xí),發(fā)揮自身的復(fù)合型知識結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)勢,通過制定計劃表進行訓(xùn)練的形式來提高自身技能水平,努力提高“多能”的水平,與導(dǎo)師約定好固定的交流時間,科學(xué)制定就業(yè)目標,在提高自身應(yīng)聘能力的基礎(chǔ)上盡量做到先就業(yè)再擇業(yè)。2.相關(guān)院校應(yīng)該針對跨學(xué)科體育碩士研究生的特點為其補修相關(guān)課程,必要時應(yīng)為跨學(xué)科研究生增設(shè)單獨的補修課程,進一步優(yōu)化公共課程設(shè)置,建議學(xué)校多提供相應(yīng)的就業(yè)培訓(xùn)以及就業(yè)渠道,另一方面,學(xué)校對學(xué)校運動基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施進行及時維護和更新的同時應(yīng)該增加場館的開放度。3.導(dǎo)師應(yīng)該多與學(xué)生進行溝通交流,通過定時約談的形式增加與學(xué)生的交流,拉近與學(xué)生的距離,對學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)多進行鼓勵和指導(dǎo),幫助他們提高自信心,提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)能力和學(xué)習(xí)效率。

By means of questionnaire, literature, interview and mathematical statistics, the author selects the South China Normal University which will be representative of South China by the method of questionnaire, literature, method and mathematical statistics. Based on the investigation and study of 31 multi-disciplinary postgraduate students in sports colleges and universities in Guangzhou University and Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education, the following conclusions and suggestions on the current situation of postgraduate study of interdisciplinary physical education in Guangzhou were obtained.
