基于運動員爆發(fā)力訓練的測試分析系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著運動員運動水平的不斷提高和現(xiàn)代人們對健身產(chǎn)業(yè)的重視,提高自身爆發(fā)力的訓練逐漸成為人們競相追逐的焦點,在體育行業(yè)表現(xiàn)得尤為突出。本項目基于游泳運動員爆發(fā)力訓練研究這一條件,研發(fā)了自己的一套關于爆發(fā)力訓練數(shù)據(jù)收集和分析的系統(tǒng),給專業(yè)人士的爆發(fā)力訓練和健身愛好者提出科學的健身訓練建議。該爆發(fā)力系統(tǒng)主要分為上位機和下位機兩個部分,下位機主要分為以下三個部分:第一部分是爆發(fā)力數(shù)據(jù)的采集,它包括了一個拉壓式傳感器和一個速度采集傳感器模塊,他們主要是將爆發(fā)力的壓力和加速度分別轉(zhuǎn)化為對應的模擬量和數(shù)字量;第二部分是數(shù)據(jù)的處理,它主要包括了單片機對于拉力模擬量的A/D轉(zhuǎn)換,單片機內(nèi)部對于加速度數(shù)字量的處理;第三部分是數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸部分:它主要是一個將爆發(fā)力數(shù)據(jù)由單片機傳輸?shù)诫娔X端的藍牙數(shù)據(jù)傳輸模塊,方便了上位機軟件的研究與開發(fā)。這個系統(tǒng)上位機部分最終實現(xiàn)的功能是不僅在單次測量中可以得出爆發(fā)力對應的最佳負重值,還能給出不同負荷下的最大爆發(fā)力曲線,從而得到科學的訓練處方,方便教練進行科學訓導。主要的工作包括:1)傳感器的選型。拉力的獲取選擇了測量范圍大、測量精度高的YZC-516拉力傳感器;速度的獲取選擇兩種可行方案:MMA7455加速度模塊和EE-SX671光電開關,通過兩種方案可方便的采用不同的安裝方式;采用無線傳輸數(shù)據(jù)的藍牙芯片,支持2.0協(xié)議;單片機采用AVR單片機,它速度快、片上資源豐富、驅(qū)動能力強、功耗低,芯片采用ATMEGA16芯片。2)爆發(fā)力的計算。在得到拉力傳感器的模擬數(shù)據(jù)后進行AD轉(zhuǎn)換得到拉力;在得到加速度傳感器后對其進行時間上的積分得到速度,或得到光電開關脈沖信號后根據(jù)速度等于路程除以時間得到速度:根據(jù)即時拉力和速度數(shù)據(jù)算出爆發(fā)力,即拉力乘以速度。3)最佳負重的獲取。爆發(fā)力訓練最佳負荷選擇,其實就是找出爆發(fā)力最大時所對應的塊數(shù),系統(tǒng)在開機后,會記錄下當前負荷的塊數(shù),然后在開始訓練時,不斷用“打擂臺法”得到最大功率值,在一次訓練結(jié)束后,將塊數(shù)所對應的最大爆發(fā)力放入存儲器;然后更改塊數(shù)進行訓練,系統(tǒng)進行相同的操作。待全部測試結(jié)束后,點擊“結(jié)果”按鈕,程序即將不同塊數(shù)下的最大功率作比較,找出最大功率,最終得到最大功率所對應的塊數(shù),即得到爆發(fā)力訓練的最佳負荷。4)上位機軟件程序的編寫。主要是實現(xiàn)藍牙2.0的通訊、數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸和計算,在得到下位機的即時數(shù)據(jù)后,上位機對爆發(fā)力的速度-時間、拉力-時間、爆發(fā)力-時間曲線進行顯示,并找出不同負荷下的最大爆發(fā)力值,比較得出爆發(fā)力最大時所對應的負重,即得到了訓練爆發(fā)力的最佳負荷。再利用相應的健身理論對運動員訓練或者健身進行評價,指導運動員進行訓練或者指導健身者進行科學的健身。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous improvement of athletes' sports level and the attention of modern people to the fitness industry, the training of improving their explosive power has gradually become the focus of competition, especially in the sports industry. Based on the research of exploding force training for swimming athletes, this project has developed a system for collecting and analyzing the data of explosive force training, and put forward scientific fitness training suggestions for professional exploding force training and fitness enthusiasts. The detonation system is mainly divided into two parts: the upper computer and the lower computer. The lower computer is mainly divided into the following three parts: the first part is the collection of detonation force data, which includes a pull and pressure sensor and a speed acquisition sensor module. They mainly convert the pressure and acceleration of the explosive force into the corresponding analog and digital quantities respectively; The second part is the data processing, which mainly includes the A- / D conversion of the analog pull force and the processing of the acceleration digital quantity in the single chip microcomputer. The third part is the part of data transmission: it is a Bluetooth data transmission module which transfers explosive data from single chip to computer, which facilitates the research and development of PC software. The function of the upper computer part of this system is not only to get the best load value corresponding to detonation force in a single measurement, but also to give the maximum explosive force curve under different loads, so as to obtain scientific training prescription. It is convenient for the coach to conduct scientific instruction. The main work includes: 1) selection of sensor. The YZC-516 tension sensor with large measuring range and high measuring precision is chosen to obtain the tension force. There are two feasible methods for speed acquisition: MMA7455 acceleration module and EE-SX671 optoelectronic switch, which can be easily installed in different ways, and Bluetooth chip with wireless data transmission, which supports 2.0 protocol. The single chip computer adopts AVR microcontroller, which has the advantages of high speed, abundant resource on the chip, strong driving ability and low power consumption. The chip adopts ATMEGA16 chip. 2) the calculation of explosive force. The tensile force is obtained by AD conversion after the simulated data of the tension sensor is obtained. After the acceleration sensor is obtained, the velocity is obtained by integrating it in time, or by the pulse signal of the optoelectronic switch, and then by the speed equal to the distance divided by the time. The explosive force is calculated from the data of the real time pull and the velocity. That is, tension multiplied by speed. 3) the acquisition of the best load. The best load selection for explosive force training is actually to find out the number of blocks corresponding to the maximum explosive force. After the system is turned on, it will record the number of blocks of the current load, and then at the beginning of the training, it will continuously use the "ring method" to obtain the maximum power value. At the end of a training, the maximum explosive force corresponding to the number of blocks is put into the memory; Then change the number of blocks for training, the system to do the same operation. After all the tests are over, click the "result" button, and the program will compare the maximum power of different blocks, find out the maximum power, and finally get the corresponding block number of the maximum power. That is to get the best load of explosive force training. 4) PC software programming. The main purpose is to realize Bluetooth 2.0 communication, data transmission and calculation. After getting the instant data of the lower computer, the upper computer displays the speed time, pull force time, detonation force time curve of the explosive force. The maximum explosive force under different loads is found, and the load corresponding to the maximum detonation force is obtained, that is, the best load for training explosive force is obtained. Then use the corresponding fitness theory to evaluate the athletes' training or fitness, guide the athletes to train or guide the body-builders to carry on the scientific fitness.
