肌內(nèi)效貼對延遲性肌肉酸痛和肌肉功能恢復(fù)的影響
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of intramuscular bandaging on delayed muscle soreness and muscle strength recovery. Methods: Thirty-two healthy male college students, aged 20.9 鹵1.3 years, were randomly divided into three groups: pre-exercise group, post-exercise group, comfort group and untaped group. The delayed muscle soreness of quadriceps femoris of lower extremity was induced by full squat breaststroke and 30 local weight-bearing (10 kg) centrifugation. The subjects were tested before and immediately after exercise, and 24 hours after exercise for 48 hours. Muscle pain and maximum isomotor muscle strength at 72 h and 96 h. Results: after modeling delayed muscle soreness, the time of subjective pain score had no statistical significance with group interaction (P0.05), but the main effect of group had statistical significance (P0.01). The pain level of post-exercise group (P0.05) and pre-exercise group (P0.01) was lower than that of non-sticking group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant. There was significant difference between the time of tenderness threshold and group interaction (P0.01). The time points of 48 hours after exercise and 24 hours and 72 hours after exercise in the post-exercise group and the group before exercise were significantly different (P0.01). The level of recovery was higher than that of the group without ligation (P0.05). The level of serum CK had no statistical significance in the main effect, time and interaction between groups (P0.05). The time of peak torque had statistical significance with group interaction (P0.01). The recovery level of peak torque at 48 h (P0.05), 72 h and 96 h (P0.01) in pre-exercise group was higher than that in unbound group. Compared with the baseline values of the same group at 72 h and 96 h before exercise, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: there is no obvious improvement of serum CK level in convalescent stage after DOMS by intramuscular bandaging, which can alleviate muscle soreness after DOMS and promote the recovery of muscle strength to some extent.
