【摘要】：2015年3月16日,國(guó)務(wù)院印發(fā)《中國(guó)足球改革總體方案》,為貫徹落實(shí)《中國(guó)足球改革總體方案》,2015年8月,教育部等6部門印發(fā)《關(guān)于加快發(fā)展青少年校園足球的實(shí)施意見》。歷來,貴州省校園足球水平與其它經(jīng)濟(jì)水平較高的省份有不小的差距,為貫徹落實(shí)《實(shí)施意見》文件精神與提高貴州省校園足球水平在全國(guó)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,貴州省教育廳于2015年4月出臺(tái)《2015年貴州省校園足球四級(jí)聯(lián)賽方案》,在《方案》的指導(dǎo)下,《2015年貴州省校園足球四級(jí)聯(lián)賽高校聯(lián)賽規(guī)程》與《貴州省校園足球四級(jí)聯(lián)賽高校超級(jí)聯(lián)賽規(guī)程》相繼印發(fā),明確規(guī)定了貴州省高校校園足球的組織辦法,為貴州省高校校園足球大力開展拉開序幕。其中,在《貴州省校園足球四級(jí)聯(lián)賽高校超級(jí)聯(lián)賽規(guī)程》中明確規(guī)定貴州省校園足球高校超級(jí)聯(lián)賽采用跨學(xué)年、主客場(chǎng)雙循環(huán)賽制。這一賽制的實(shí)施,在貴州省校園足球發(fā)展歷史中尚屬首次。本文以貴州省校園足球高校超級(jí)聯(lián)賽為研究對(duì)象,以貴州師范大學(xué)等8所高校教練員、運(yùn)動(dòng)員和聯(lián)賽裁判員為調(diào)查對(duì)象,以省校足辦和高校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為訪談對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談?wù){(diào)查法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法、對(duì)比研究法等研究方法對(duì)貴州省校園足球高校超級(jí)聯(lián)賽進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。結(jié)論:(1)在貴州省校園足球四級(jí)聯(lián)賽及貴州省校園足球高校超級(jí)聯(lián)賽之前,貴州省校園足球沒有形成完整、穩(wěn)定的競(jìng)賽體系,賽制為賽會(huì)制。(2)貴州省校園足球高校超級(jí)聯(lián)賽及賽制是貴州省校園足球發(fā)展的創(chuàng)舉,完善了貴州省高校足球競(jìng)賽賽制體系,并得到廣大相關(guān)人士的認(rèn)可與接受。(3)貴州省校園足球高校超級(jí)聯(lián)賽賽制——主客場(chǎng)雙循環(huán)賽制符合足球運(yùn)動(dòng)競(jìng)賽規(guī)律,是客觀的必然選擇,是多方論證、眾望所歸的結(jié)果。(4)貴州省校園足球高校超級(jí)聯(lián)賽賽制存在不合理之處,替補(bǔ)上場(chǎng)規(guī)則與跨學(xué)年注冊(cè)制度的不足,影響比賽的順利進(jìn)行,降低比賽的精彩程度和球隊(duì)實(shí)力。(5)貴州省校園足球高校超級(jí)聯(lián)賽面臨主要以下問題。第一,學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視問題;第二,經(jīng)費(fèi)短缺;第三,作為聯(lián)賽的參與主體,教練員、裁判員、運(yùn)動(dòng)員的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平較低;第四,學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾;第五,校園足球氛圍不足、社會(huì)效應(yīng)與宣傳力度較小;第六,個(gè)別參賽學(xué)校場(chǎng)地及硬件設(shè)施有待改善。(6)目前貴州省校園足球沒有成立校園足球聯(lián)盟,在管理上直接由省教育廳及校足辦領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與管理。
[Abstract]:On March 16, 2015, the State Council issued the General Plan for the Reform of Chinese Football. In order to carry out the General Plan for the Reform of Chinese Football, in August 2015, the Ministry of Education and other six departments issued the suggestions on speeding up the Development of Youth Campus Football. Historically, there is no small gap between the level of campus football in Guizhou and other provinces with a higher economic level. In order to implement the spirit of the "implementation opinions" document and improve the competitiveness of campus football in Guizhou Province, In April 2015, Guizhou Provincial Education Department issued the "2015 Guizhou Campus Football League four League Plan". Under the guidance of the "Plan", the "2015 Guizhou Campus Soccer four League rules" and "Guizhou Campus Soccer four level League rules" and "Guizhou Campus Soccer four level League" Rules for the Super League of Colleges and Universities, published one after another, It clearly stipulates the organization method of campus football in Guizhou province, which is the prelude to the development of campus football in Guizhou province. Among them, in "Guizhou Campus Soccer League four League Super League rules" clearly stipulates that Guizhou Campus Football University Super League to cross-academic year, home and away double cycle system. The implementation of this system is the first time in the history of the development of campus football in Guizhou Province. This paper takes the Premier League of Campus Football University in Guizhou Province as the research object, takes the coaches, athletes and league referees of Guizhou normal University and other universities as the objects of investigation, takes the provincial university foot office and university leaders as the interview objects, and adopts the method of literature and materials. The methods of interview investigation, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and comparative research are used to investigate and study the Premier League of Campus Football University in Guizhou Province. Conclusion: (1) before Guizhou Campus Football League and Guizhou Campus Football Super League, Guizhou Campus Football did not form a complete and stable competition system. The competition system is the competition system. (2) the Premier League and the competition system of Guizhou campus football college are the pioneering work of the development of Guizhou campus football, which has improved the system of Guizhou university football competition. And has been recognized and accepted by the majority of relevant personages. (3) the system of Premier League matches in Guizhou Province's campus football colleges and universities-the system of home and away double circulation matches accords with the rules of football competitions, is an objective and inevitable choice, and is a multi-party demonstration. (4) there are some unreasonable points in the competition system of Guizhou Campus Football University Super League, the deficiency of substitute playing rules and registration system of cross-academic year affects the smooth progress of the match. Reduce the intensity of the match and the strength of the team. (5) Guizhou Campus Football Super League is facing the following main problems. First, the school leaders attach importance to the problem; second, the shortage of funds; third, as the main players of the league, coaches, referees, athletes of the technical and tactical level is low; fourth, learning and training contradictions; fifthly, the campus football atmosphere is insufficient, The social effect and propaganda are relatively small; sixth, individual school venues and hardware facilities need to be improved. (6) at present, there is no campus football league in Guizhou Province, and the management is directly led and managed by the provincial education department and the school foot office.
