青少年運(yùn)動(dòng)堅(jiān)持行為的情境歸因研究

【摘要】:本文旨在研究青少年運(yùn)動(dòng)堅(jiān)持行為的本質(zhì),以及從情境歸因的角度研究青少年運(yùn)動(dòng)堅(jiān)持行為的影響因素。以單縣一中、單縣五中、山東省實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)、平陰縣實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)、曹縣第一私立高中以及成武一中等八所學(xué)校為依托,共選取了710名在校中學(xué)生為調(diào)查對(duì)象。分別從家庭歸因、學(xué)校歸因、社會(huì)歸因三個(gè)不同的層面展開(kāi)分析研究,得出不同層面之間以及各個(gè)層面內(nèi)部各因素之間的影響主次排序,以期為運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)促使青少年運(yùn)動(dòng)堅(jiān)持行為的形成,提供一定的策略和建議。運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法等對(duì)青少年運(yùn)動(dòng)堅(jiān)持行為進(jìn)行研究,并得出相應(yīng)結(jié)論,并提出研究建議和不足。研究結(jié)論:1.運(yùn)動(dòng)堅(jiān)持行為和運(yùn)動(dòng)習(xí)慣有著本質(zhì)的區(qū)別,堅(jiān)持是一種過(guò)程,而習(xí)慣是一種狀態(tài),青少年的運(yùn)動(dòng)堅(jiān)持行為具有較強(qiáng)的獨(dú)特性,更容易受到外界環(huán)境的干擾,運(yùn)動(dòng)堅(jiān)持的形成過(guò)程分為運(yùn)動(dòng)初始、持續(xù)和堅(jiān)持三個(gè)階段。2.相比較而言,在青少年運(yùn)動(dòng)堅(jiān)持行為的情境歸因中,父母的運(yùn)動(dòng)習(xí)慣和認(rèn)知水平,以及學(xué)校策略、班主任管理及態(tài)度、體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容、學(xué)校運(yùn)動(dòng)氛圍學(xué)校器材設(shè)施等因素起到作用要明顯高于其它影響因素。3.在家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)三個(gè)層面的對(duì)比分析中,學(xué)校層面的影響因素明顯要高,這和青少年獨(dú)特的生活學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境有著一定的關(guān)聯(lián),青少年主要的生活學(xué)習(xí)場(chǎng)所在學(xué)校,因此他們的行為習(xí)慣更多的會(huì)受到學(xué)校環(huán)境的影響。研究建議與不足:1.青少年的心理發(fā)展和認(rèn)知水平較低,在問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的過(guò)程中單純的將他們作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,難免研究結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性造成一定影響。建議后續(xù)研究中可以把家長(zhǎng)、教師作為調(diào)查對(duì)象一部分,進(jìn)行多元化、多層次的分析。2.因?yàn)檠芯繒r(shí)間和能力受限,在研究對(duì)象的選取中,僅僅把研究范圍確定在了山東省內(nèi)的某些學(xué)校,在文化差異,生活習(xí)俗,以及民族差異等因素考慮欠缺。建議在日后的研究中,將實(shí)際的量化指標(biāo)納入“中學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康測(cè)試”,進(jìn)行大數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)籌與分析,以取得更為真實(shí)有效的研究成果,為運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)實(shí)施更強(qiáng)有力的借鑒。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to study the nature of adolescent sports persistence behavior and the influencing factors of adolescent sports persistence behavior from the perspective of situational attribution. 710 middle school students were selected as the research objects, relying on the first middle school of Shan County, the fifth middle school of Shan County, the Experimental Middle School of Shandong Province, the Experimental Middle School of Pingyin County, the first Private High School of Cao County and the eight Middle School Schools of Chengwu No. 1 Middle School. From the family attribution, school attribution, social attribution from three different levels of analysis and research, we can find out the different levels and each level of internal factors among the main and secondary order of influence, The aim is to provide some strategies and suggestions for sports intervention to promote the formation of youth sports persistence behavior. By using questionnaire, literature and interview, this paper studies the sports persistence behavior of teenagers, and draws the corresponding conclusions, and puts forward some research suggestions and shortcomings. Conclusion: 1. There is an essential difference between sports persistence behavior and sports habit. Persistence is a process, and habit is a state. The sports persistence behavior of teenagers is unique and more susceptible to interference from the outside environment. The forming process of sports persistence is divided into three stages: initial exercise, persistence and persistence. 2. In contrast, in the context attribution of adolescent sports persistence, parents' sports habits and cognitive levels, as well as school strategies, class teacher management and attitude, physical education content, School sports atmosphere, school equipment, facilities and other factors play an important role. 3. 3. In the comparative analysis of the three levels of family, school and society, the influence factors at the school level are obviously high, which is related to the unique living and learning environment of young people. The main place of life and learning for teenagers is in school. As a result, their behavior will be more affected by the school environment. Research suggestion and deficiency: 1. Young people's psychological development and cognitive level are low. In the process of questionnaire survey, it is inevitable that the accuracy of the research results will affect the accuracy of the research results. It is suggested that parents and teachers should be regarded as part of the investigation in the follow-up study. 2. Because of the limitation of research time and ability, in the selection of the research object, the scope of the study is only determined in some schools in Shandong province, and the factors such as cultural differences, living customs and ethnic differences are not considered. It is suggested that in the future research, the actual quantitative indexes should be included in the "physical health test of middle school students", and big data should make an overall plan and analysis in order to obtain more real and effective research results and provide a more powerful reference for the implementation of sports intervention.
