【摘要】：近年來包頭市高校的變化日新月異,大部分高校的體育場館也在近10年期間有了很大程度的改善,但包頭市7所高校體育場館資源的利用情況與發(fā)達地區(qū)高校依然存在較大差距。當前我市各高校普遍面臨一個巨大的挑戰(zhàn):怎么才能更好的完善我市體育場館設(shè)施,充分發(fā)揮體育場館作用和價值,滿足學(xué)生、教師及社會群體的體育運動需求。本文主要針對包頭市不同高校的體育場館資源利用率進行了整體研究,同時系統(tǒng)性的了解了所有學(xué)校中的體育場館各方面情況,包括場館開放時間及對象、管理辦法、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等等,使我們更加準確的了解目前包頭市高校體育場館資源利用現(xiàn)狀,并對如何提高場館利用率,減少體育場館資源浪費提出建議,從而提高包頭市高校體育場館管理水平及經(jīng)營理念,滿足群眾需要,服務(wù)于全民健身。本研究運用文獻資料法,訪談法,問卷調(diào)查法,邏輯分析法與數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法對包頭市高校體育場館的資源利用現(xiàn)狀進行研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)下列四個方面的不足:1體育場館利用率較低2.體育場館宣傳力度較小,開放項目、服務(wù)形式單一3.體育場館經(jīng)營管理人員缺乏4.體育場館管理思想不夠先進、制度不夠規(guī)范針對上述不足,提出下列整改措施:1.推動校方管理理念的轉(zhuǎn)變,挖掘場館潛力、多渠道進行開放,提高場館利用率2.加大體育場館宣傳,強化服務(wù)意識3.強化場館管理者的培訓(xùn)力度,通過全方位的專業(yè)人才進行場館管理4.針對體育場館管理,轉(zhuǎn)變思想意識,建立高校體育場館專業(yè)化管理機制,政府相關(guān)機構(gòu)應(yīng)建設(shè)相應(yīng)的法治體系予以宏觀指導(dǎo),并強化資金扶持力度。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the universities in Baotou have changed with each passing day, and the stadiums and gymnasiums of most colleges and universities have also improved to a great extent in the past 10 years. However, there is still a big gap between the utilization of sports stadiums and gymnasiums in 7 universities in Baotou and the universities in developed regions. At present, colleges and universities in our city are faced with a great challenge: how to improve the facilities of sports venues and stadiums, give full play to the role and value of stadiums and gymnasiums, and meet the sports needs of students, teachers and social groups. This paper mainly focuses on the utilization rate of stadiums and gymnasiums in different universities in Baotou city. At the same time, it systematically understands all aspects of stadiums and gymnasiums in schools, including the opening hours and objects of the stadiums, and the management methods. Infrastructure and so on, so that we can get a more accurate understanding of the current situation of utilization of sports stadiums and stadiums in Baotou City, and put forward some suggestions on how to improve the utilization of stadiums and reduce the waste of stadiums and gymnasiums. In order to improve the management level and management concept of Baotou university stadiums and gymnasiums, meet the needs of the masses and serve the national fitness. This study uses the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, logic analysis and mathematical statistics to study the current situation of the utilization of sports venues in Baotou city, and finds the following four shortcomings: 1 the utilization ratio of sports venues is low 2. Stadiums and stadiums propaganda is small, open project, service form is single 3. The stadiums and gymnasiums are short of management personnel. The management thought of stadiums and gymnasiums is not advanced enough, and the system is not standardized enough. In view of the above deficiencies, the following rectification measures are put forward: 1. Promote the change of school management concept, tap the potential of venues, open up through multiple channels, and improve the utilization rate of venues by 2. 5%. Increase sports venues publicity, strengthen service awareness 3. Strengthen the training of venue managers, through a full range of professional personnel for venue management 4. In view of the management of stadiums and gymnasiums, changing ideology and establishing the specialized management mechanism of stadiums and gymnasiums in colleges and universities, the relevant government institutions should construct the corresponding legal system to guide them macroscopically, and strengthen the support of funds.
