【摘要】：本文采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)地考察法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,以運(yùn)城市1000名城區(qū)居民為調(diào)查對(duì)象,對(duì)運(yùn)城市城區(qū)居民休閑體育活動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,了解分析當(dāng)前運(yùn)城市城區(qū)居民進(jìn)行休閑體育活動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀,找出影響運(yùn)城市休閑體育發(fā)展的因素,并提出相應(yīng)的建議,為今后運(yùn)城市休閑體育的發(fā)展提供理論指導(dǎo)和依據(jù)。研究主要結(jié)論如下:1.運(yùn)城市城區(qū)居民休閑體育活動(dòng)開展現(xiàn)狀運(yùn)城市城區(qū)居民閑暇時(shí)間明顯增多,休閑體育已成為城區(qū)居民在閑暇時(shí)間內(nèi)的一種主要休閑方式;運(yùn)城市城區(qū)居民在休閑體育活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的選擇上存在明顯的差異。中青年男性比較熱衷于選擇對(duì)抗激烈、運(yùn)動(dòng)量比較大的項(xiàng)目;中老年人和女性一般會(huì)選擇運(yùn)動(dòng)量比較小的項(xiàng)目;運(yùn)城市城區(qū)居民休閑活動(dòng)的場(chǎng)所選擇在廣場(chǎng)、公園或免費(fèi)活動(dòng)場(chǎng)所的較多;運(yùn)城市城區(qū)居民的收入水平整體偏低,不同階層和收入的人群進(jìn)行的休閑體育活動(dòng)差異很大。2.影響運(yùn)城市居民休閑體育活動(dòng)的因素:內(nèi)部因素:(1)運(yùn)城市城區(qū)居民對(duì)休閑體育的認(rèn)知(2)運(yùn)城市城區(qū)居民收入水平的影響(3)運(yùn)城市城區(qū)居民生活方式的影響(4)運(yùn)城市城區(qū)居民自身價(jià)值取向的影響。外部因素:(1)運(yùn)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的影響(2)運(yùn)城市體育場(chǎng)地和設(shè)施的影響(3)社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員狀況的影響。3.針對(duì)運(yùn)城市休閑體育發(fā)展的建議:(1)利用新聞媒體的宣傳作用,大力倡導(dǎo)積極健康的休閑體育活動(dòng)(2)發(fā)展多元化、民族化、趣味化、娛樂化的休閑體育項(xiàng)目(3)加強(qiáng)體育場(chǎng)館和設(shè)施的建設(shè),滿足人們進(jìn)行休閑體育活動(dòng)的需求(4)加強(qiáng)社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的建設(shè),指導(dǎo)人們科學(xué)的進(jìn)行休閑體育活動(dòng)(5)大力開拓休閑體育市場(chǎng),滿足人們對(duì)多元化休閑體育活動(dòng)的需求。
[Abstract]:Based on the methods of literature, field investigation, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, the present situation of leisure sports activities of 1000 urban residents in Yuncheng City was investigated. To understand and analyze the present situation of leisure sports in Yuncheng urban area, to find out the factors that affect the development of leisure sports in Yuncheng city, and to put forward corresponding suggestions to provide theoretical guidance and basis for the development of leisure sports in Yuncheng city in the future. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. The present situation of leisure sports activities of residents in Yuncheng City the leisure time of the residents of Yuncheng City has increased obviously. Leisure sports has become a main leisure mode of urban residents in their leisure time. There are obvious differences in the choice of leisure sports activities among the residents of Yuncheng City. The middle-aged and young men are more keen to choose the projects with fierce confrontation and relatively large amount of exercise; the middle-aged, the elderly and the women will generally choose the items with relatively small amount of exercise; and the places of leisure activities for the residents of Yuncheng City are chosen in the square. More parks or free places of activity; Yuncheng City residents' income level is on the low side, different classes and income groups of leisure sports activities are very different. 2. Factors affecting leisure sports activities of Yuncheng residents: internal factors: (1) cognition of leisure sports among residents of Yuncheng city (2) the influence of income level of urban residents in Yuncheng city (3) the influence of lifestyle of residents in Yuncheng city area (4) the influence of life style of urban residents in Yuncheng city The influence of urban residents' own value orientation. External factors: (1) the influence of Yuncheng's economic development level (2) the influence of Yuncheng's sports venues and facilities (3) the influence of social sports instructor's condition. 3. The suggestions for the development of leisure sports in Yuncheng are as follows: (1) to make use of the propaganda role of the news media to advocate the active and healthy leisure sports activities; (2) to develop diversified, nationalized and interesting leisure sports. Recreational sports events (3) strengthening the construction of sports venues and facilities to meet the needs of people for leisure sports activities (4) strengthening the construction of social sports instructors, Guide people to carry on the leisure sports activities scientifically (5) vigorously open up the leisure sports market to meet the people's demand for the diversified leisure sports activities.
