【摘要】：當前山西省高�；@球發(fā)展機遇與危機并存,優(yōu)勢與困難同在。近幾年來,山西高�；@球的發(fā)展方面取得了一些成績,出臺了一系列相關政策,培養(yǎng)了一批籃球教練員,但目前山西省大學生籃球運動的發(fā)展仍存在一些問題,不利于山西省高校籃球運動的更好發(fā)展。本文運用文獻資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法對山西省高校籃球運動的發(fā)展進行分析,對外部環(huán)境和內部因素分別進行分析其優(yōu)勢和劣勢、機遇和威脅,并根據(jù)SWOT分析法提出應對策略,為以后參與該方面的研究者提供理論參考與借鑒�？傮w而言,通過對山西省大學生及籃球老師、教練發(fā)放問卷、訪談,收集當前山西省大學生籃球運動的現(xiàn)狀,運用管理學理論中的SWOT分析法對該現(xiàn)狀進行分析,并提出相應的對策,為相關部門制定政策提供理論依據(jù),從而促進山西省大學生籃球運動的更好發(fā)展。依據(jù)本文的研究對象以及研究目的,體育科學研究方法和社會學調查問卷設計的具體要求,經過與相關專家和學者的深入探討和論證問卷設計的內容,征詢了專家和導師的意見,設計了“山西省高校籃球運動現(xiàn)狀”問卷。問卷主要分為“教師問卷”和“學生問卷”兩類,并在山西省四所高校展開問卷調查,收回有效問卷并進行統(tǒng)計分析,為本研究的開展提供數(shù)據(jù)資料支撐。本文的主要任務在于:一是通過對山西省高校籃球運動的現(xiàn)狀進行SWOT分析,明確山西省高�；@球運動發(fā)展的內在優(yōu)勢與不足和外在機遇與挑戰(zhàn);二是針對山西省高�；@球運動的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出山西省高�；@球運動的發(fā)展策略。隨著山西省城市化進程的不斷加快,樹立全新的體育理念,以創(chuàng)建國家籃球城市為契機,將高校作為籃球運動愛好者培養(yǎng)的主陣地,充分挖掘現(xiàn)有的籃球資源,對于山西省的發(fā)展和太原等城市形象的建設是十分有益的。因此,山西省高�；@球運用在未來發(fā)展過程中,要結合實際,搶抓發(fā)展機遇,擴大優(yōu)勢,彌補不足,全面提升全省高校籃球運動水平。
[Abstract]:At present, the development opportunity and crisis of college basketball in Shanxi province coexist, and the advantages and difficulties coexist. In recent years, some achievements have been made in the development of college basketball in Shanxi Province, a series of related policies have been issued and a number of basketball coaches have been trained. However, there are still some problems in the development of basketball for college students in Shanxi Province. It is unfavorable to the better development of college basketball in Shanxi province. This paper analyzes the development of basketball in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province by means of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats, respectively, in terms of external environment and internal factors. According to the SWOT analysis, the author puts forward the corresponding strategies to provide theoretical reference and reference for the researchers involved in this field in the future. In general, the present situation of college basketball in Shanxi Province is collected by issuing questionnaires and interviews to college students, basketball teachers and coaches, and the present situation is analyzed by using the SWOT analysis method of management theory. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward to provide theoretical basis for relevant departments to formulate policies so as to promote the better development of college students' basketball in Shanxi Province. According to the research object and purpose of this paper, the specific requirements of the research method of sports science and the design of sociological questionnaire, the contents of the questionnaire design are discussed and demonstrated in depth with relevant experts and scholars. After consulting experts and mentors, a questionnaire was designed for the present situation of basketball in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province. The questionnaire is divided into two categories: teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire. The questionnaires are carried out in four universities in Shanxi province, and the valid questionnaires are collected and analyzed, which provides the data support for the research. The main tasks of this paper are as follows: first, through the SWOT analysis of the current situation of college basketball in Shanxi Province, it is clear that the internal advantages and disadvantages and external opportunities and challenges of the development of college basketball in Shanxi Province; Second, according to the present situation of college basketball in Shanxi province, the development strategy of college basketball in Shanxi province is put forward. With the development of urbanization in Shanxi Province, we should set up a new concept of sports, take the creation of national basketball city as the turning point, take colleges and universities as the main position for basketball enthusiasts to cultivate, and fully tap the existing basketball resources. For the development of Shanxi Province and Taiyuan City image construction is very useful. Therefore, in the process of future development of college basketball in Shanxi Province, we should combine the reality, seize the opportunity of development, expand the advantage, make up for the deficiency, and promote the basketball level of the whole province in an all-round way.
