【摘要】：運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料調(diào)研、錄像觀察和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法分析了里約奧運(yùn)周期中國(guó)女子體操隊(duì)存在的主要問題,進(jìn)而探討了東京奧運(yùn)周期的發(fā)展路徑。研究認(rèn)為,對(duì)比北京和倫敦奧運(yùn)會(huì),中國(guó)女子體操隊(duì)在里約奧運(yùn)會(huì)上的成績(jī)呈現(xiàn)出下滑趨勢(shì),主要原因是在動(dòng)作質(zhì)量、規(guī)則理解、弱項(xiàng)增補(bǔ)和傷病防控等方面存在不足。備戰(zhàn)東京奧運(yùn)會(huì)中國(guó)體操女隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)認(rèn)真總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),精準(zhǔn)把握規(guī)則要旨,堅(jiān)持發(fā)展難度和提高質(zhì)量協(xié)調(diào)共進(jìn);有效利用賽制特點(diǎn),精心謀劃東京奧運(yùn)會(huì)參賽資格獲取方案;大力補(bǔ)齊弱項(xiàng)短板,盡快扭轉(zhuǎn)團(tuán)體奪金的不利局面;貫徹開放發(fā)展理念,善于借助"外腦"提升訓(xùn)練效益;深化"快樂體操"推廣計(jì)劃,努力夯實(shí)女子體操后備隊(duì)伍,從而在關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域和薄弱環(huán)節(jié)補(bǔ)齊短板,力爭(zhēng)在東京奧運(yùn)周期實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展新跨越。
[Abstract]:The main problems of Chinese women's gymnastics team in Rio Olympic cycle were analyzed by using documentary investigation, video observation and mathematical statistics, and the development path of Tokyo Olympic cycle was discussed. Compared with the Beijing and London Olympic Games, the results of the Chinese women's gymnastics team in Rio Olympic Games showed a downward trend, mainly due to the deficiencies in the quality of movement, the understanding of rules, the supplement of weak items and the prevention and control of injury and injury. In preparation for the Tokyo Olympic Games, the Chinese gymnastic women team should sum up their experiences, grasp the gist of the rules accurately, insist on the difficulty of development and improve the quality, make effective use of the characteristics of the competition system, and carefully plan the scheme for obtaining the qualification for the Tokyo Olympic Games. To make up for the weakness, to reverse the unfavorable situation of winning gold as soon as possible; to carry out the idea of opening up and develop, to be good at improving training efficiency with the help of "outside brain"; to deepen the "happy gymnastics" promotion program, and to make great efforts to tamp the reserve team of women's gymnastics. In order to make up the key areas and weak links, and strive to achieve a new development in the Tokyo Olympic cycle.
