【摘要】：本文的研究目的是為進(jìn)一步提高體育類高職院校辦學(xué)質(zhì)量和水平,力圖在考察福建體育職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院辦學(xué)模式狀況的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)學(xué)院的辦學(xué)理念、辦學(xué)定位、辦學(xué)內(nèi)容等發(fā)展策略問題進(jìn)行分析探討,形成對(duì)學(xué)院發(fā)展途徑的整體性認(rèn)識(shí)。本文采用的研究方法主要有：1.文獻(xiàn)分析法,即通過查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料探討體育高職教育辦學(xué)模式的概念、屬性以及體育高職教育辦學(xué)模式創(chuàng)新的可行性；專家訪談法,研究邀請(qǐng)高職教育管理領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)專家、體育管理領(lǐng)域?qū)＜依迷L談的方式為體育高職教育辦學(xué)模式研究提供智力支持。2.實(shí)地調(diào)研法,通過走訪兄弟學(xué)院,對(duì)其辦學(xué)模式的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和探索情況進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研與咨詢,獲得相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。3.案例分析法,針對(duì)學(xué)院辦學(xué)的探索經(jīng)驗(yàn),選擇配套的案例進(jìn)行分析研究。探索學(xué)院辦學(xué)的最優(yōu)發(fā)展策略。通過研究表明,福建體育職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院在辦學(xué)定位的準(zhǔn)確度和辦學(xué)定位的具體明確程度與貫徹執(zhí)行力度等方面還有待于進(jìn)一步提升,存在辦學(xué)重點(diǎn)不夠突出,特色不夠明顯,教育教學(xué)改革有待深入,教學(xué)管理有待規(guī)范等問題。學(xué)院唯有進(jìn)一步明確學(xué)院定位和辦學(xué)思路、突出辦學(xué)特色,探尋適合職業(yè)院校辦學(xué)規(guī)律的新型辦學(xué)模式,并通過實(shí)施“開放辦學(xué)”工程,促進(jìn)國際交流與合作,理順辦學(xué)體制,規(guī)范教學(xué)管理,才能不斷促進(jìn)學(xué)院的科學(xué)發(fā)展和跨越發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to further improve the quality and level of running a school in higher vocational colleges of physical education, and try hard to make an investigation of the running mode of Fujian Vocational and Technical College of physical Education, and make an effort to find out the idea and orientation of running a school in Fujian Vocational and Technical College of physical Education. The content of school and other development strategies are analyzed and discussed to form a holistic understanding of the development of the college. The main research methods used in this paper are: 1: 1. Literature analysis, that is, through consulting the relevant literature to discuss the concept, attributes and the feasibility of innovation of the mode of running a school in higher vocational education of physical education, the method of expert interview, The research invites relevant experts in the field of higher vocational education management and sports management experts to provide intellectual support for the study of the mode of running a school of higher vocational education in physical education by means of interviews. Field research method, through visiting brother college, to its mode of running the experience and explore the situation of field research and consultation, to obtain relevant experience. 3. Case analysis, in view of the school's exploration experience, select a complete set of cases to analyze and study. To explore the best development strategy of running a college. The research shows that the accuracy of the school orientation, the specific degree of clarity and the implementation of the school orientation in Fujian Vocational and Technical Institute of physical Education need to be further improved, and there are not enough emphases and features in running the school. The reform of education and teaching should be deepened and the management of teaching should be standardized. The college can only further clarify the orientation and train of thought of running a school, highlight the characteristics of running a school, explore a new mode of running a school suitable for the rules of running a school in vocational colleges, and promote international exchanges and cooperation through the implementation of the project of "Open running a School", and straighten out the system of running a school. Only by standardizing teaching management can we continuously promote the scientific development and leapfrogging development of the college.
