湖南省高職院校體育課內(nèi)外一體化教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:本文以婁底職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院、湖南網(wǎng)絡(luò)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院、湖南工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院、永州職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院、岳陽職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院等5所高職院校的體育教師和學(xué)生為調(diào)查對象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、邏輯分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等方法進(jìn)行了研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)湖南省高職院校體育課內(nèi)外一體化教學(xué)模式未完全建立,學(xué)生體育運(yùn)動(dòng)意識(shí)不強(qiáng),體育鍛煉習(xí)慣未養(yǎng)成,終身體育思想幾乎沒有形成。為此,本文認(rèn)為:應(yīng)以體育理論為指導(dǎo),通過理論課、選修課等形式來強(qiáng)化學(xué)生體育意識(shí),把體育課堂教學(xué)與課外體育鍛煉有機(jī)結(jié)合,綜合評價(jià)學(xué)生體育成績,構(gòu)建體育課內(nèi)外一體化教學(xué)模式。1.制訂科學(xué)的體育課程計(jì)劃與標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以專業(yè)群或?qū)I(yè)相近的學(xué)生為教學(xué)班級,結(jié)合利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),建立體育網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)課堂,加強(qiáng)世界大學(xué)城網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的運(yùn)用,選擇合適項(xiàng)目及考核辦法,注重學(xué)習(xí)過程與技能測試的結(jié)合;充分充分利用視頻、課件等資源。緊密圍繞培養(yǎng)學(xué)生終身自覺鍛煉身體的良好習(xí)慣開展體育教學(xué)實(shí)踐。2.營造校園體育文化氛圍,利用宣傳櫥窗、校園廣播、報(bào)紙、校園網(wǎng)等平臺(tái)對學(xué)院的社團(tuán)活動(dòng)、體育競賽以及典型事例等進(jìn)行及時(shí)報(bào)道,激發(fā)學(xué)生熱情,使學(xué)生的體育鍛煉由“被動(dòng)”向“主動(dòng)”轉(zhuǎn)變。高職院校應(yīng)普及體育選項(xiàng)教學(xué),全面實(shí)施好“2+3”一體化教學(xué),在每周二節(jié)體育課的基礎(chǔ)上,將課外體育活動(dòng)的時(shí)間安排在總課表中,選派優(yōu)秀體育教師負(fù)責(zé)課外體育鍛煉,有組織、擇時(shí)間、多形式開展課外體育活動(dòng),將課內(nèi)習(xí)得的體育技能順利轉(zhuǎn)化為學(xué)生課外鍛煉的成果。3.制定科學(xué)全面的課程考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn),明確考核內(nèi)容與要求,注重動(dòng)態(tài)評價(jià)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)全過程,把終結(jié)性評價(jià)與過程評價(jià)、定量評價(jià)與定性分析相結(jié)合,大力推行教考分離。建設(shè)好學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康測試中心,對學(xué)生每年進(jìn)行體質(zhì)健康測試,及時(shí)把數(shù)據(jù)上報(bào)教育部體質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)庫,測試結(jié)果作為學(xué)生評優(yōu)和畢業(yè)等的重要依據(jù)。4.依托重點(diǎn)體育場館、設(shè)施與現(xiàn)有條件,節(jié)假日和課后向本校師生開放,根據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況扎扎實(shí)實(shí)開展工作,學(xué)院在課程安排時(shí)要給學(xué)生留出每天1-2小時(shí)體育鍛煉時(shí)間。加強(qiáng)高職院校各職能部門對體育教學(xué)的支持,齊抓共管形成合力。將體育教師的專業(yè)指導(dǎo)和院系、學(xué)團(tuán)等職能部門的協(xié)同配合結(jié)合起來,充分發(fā)揮體育骨干、體育社團(tuán)的引領(lǐng)作用,以更好地建立湖南省高職院校體育課內(nèi)外一體化教學(xué)模式。調(diào)查研究表明,高職院校學(xué)生終身體育意識(shí)的形成不是一蹴而就的,需要廣大教育工作者,特別是體育工作者和社會(huì)各界廣泛參與,積極支持。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates the PE teachers and students in 5 higher vocational colleges, such as Loudi Vocational and Technical College, Hunan Network Vocational and Technical College, Hunan Industrial Vocational and Technical College, Yongzhou Vocational and Technical College, Yueyang Vocational and Technical College, etc. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, logic analysis, mathematical statistics and so on, it is found that the integrated teaching mode of physical education in higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province has not been fully established, and the students' awareness of sports is not strong. The habit of physical exercise has not been formed, and the thought of lifelong physical education has hardly been formed. Therefore, this paper holds that, under the guidance of physical education theory, students' sports consciousness should be strengthened through theoretical courses and elective courses, the physical education classroom teaching and extracurricular physical exercise should be combined organically, and students' physical education achievements should be comprehensively evaluated. Construction of physical education in and out of the integrated teaching model. 1. To formulate scientific physical education curriculum plans and standards, take students of major groups or similar majors as teaching classes, combine with the use of Internet technology, establish physical education network teaching classes, and strengthen the use of the network platform in the world university town. Choose the appropriate project and examination method, pay attention to the combination of learning process and skill testing; make full use of video, courseware and other resources. Closely around the cultivation of students lifelong conscious exercise of the good habit of physical education teaching practice. 2. To create an atmosphere of sports culture on campus, and to use such platforms as publicity windows, campus broadcasts, newspapers, campus networks, and other platforms to timely report the college's community activities, sports competitions and typical examples, so as to stimulate students' enthusiasm. Make the student's physical exercise change from "passive" to "active". Higher vocational colleges should popularize the optional teaching of physical education, carry out the "23" integrated teaching in an all-round way, arrange the time of extracurricular sports activities in the general schedule on the basis of the physical education class of Tuesdays, and assign the excellent PE teachers to take charge of the extracurricular physical exercises. Organize, choose time, develop extracurricular sports activities in many forms, and transform the physical skills acquired in class into the achievement of extracurricular exercise. 3. It is necessary to establish a scientific and comprehensive curriculum assessment standard, define the contents and requirements of the assessment, pay attention to the dynamic evaluation of the students' learning process, combine the summative evaluation with the process evaluation, quantitative evaluation and qualitative analysis, and vigorously promote the separation of teaching and examination. The students' physique health test center should be constructed, the students should be tested every year, and the data should be submitted to the physical database of the Ministry of Education in time. The test result is regarded as the important basis for the students' evaluation and graduation. Relying on the key sports venues, facilities and existing conditions, open to teachers and students after holidays and classes, according to the actual situation of students, the college should give students 1-2 hours of physical exercise time per day. Strengthen the functional departments of higher vocational colleges to support physical education, and work together to form a joint effort. This paper combines the professional guidance of PE teachers with the cooperation of departments, colleges and departments, and other functional departments, so as to give full play to the leading role of sports backbone and sports associations in order to better establish the integrated teaching mode of physical education in and out of Hunan higher vocational colleges. The investigation and research show that the formation of lifelong physical education consciousness of students in higher vocational colleges is not accomplished overnight, and it needs the extensive participation and active support of the vast number of educators, especially the sports workers and all walks of life of the society.
