我國職工體育概念及管理體制的研究
[Abstract]:Staff sports has become the weak link of mass sports in our country, and there are many reasons for this result. In practice, the lack of unified leadership, the unclear division of power and responsibility, and the failure of the operational mechanism all belong to the scope of the staff and workers' sports management system. In theoretical research, the most basic is the concept. At present, the confusion in the concept of employee sports has become the total source of ideological confusion in related research. This study links the research of the basic theory of employee sports concept with the concrete practice of management system, and resolves the contradiction between the theory research and practice of staff sports at present. This study uses sociology, management, sports and other theories, through the study of the concept of staff and workers, the object of participation, purpose, characteristics, activity content and space form of the study, clearly defined the concept of employee sports; In the process of redefining the concept, the management object, management purpose, management principle, management organization, division of power and responsibility, operation mechanism and other aspects of the sports management system of staff and workers in our country are sorted out. Based on the analysis of the contents of sports management system and its economic and institutional reasons before 1999, This paper has sorted out ten major aspects of the serious maladjustment of the sports management system of the workers and staff members after the social transformation in our country after 1999. Through the analysis of the state organs and large state-owned enterprises, Private enterprises and other representative staff sports cases were analyzed empirically, and the reform direction of staff sports management system in our country was obtained. Finally, the paper puts forward the reform conception of staff sports management system, which takes the network of non-profit organizations of staff sports as the leading organization.
