【摘要】：我國(guó)高等院校體育教育專業(yè)是體育人才的培養(yǎng)基地,是為社會(huì)體育打基礎(chǔ)的,隨著我國(guó)學(xué)校體育教學(xué)改革的開(kāi)展,現(xiàn)代社會(huì)迫切需要厚基礎(chǔ)、寬口徑、實(shí)踐能力強(qiáng)、重創(chuàng)新的體育人才。體操與田徑分別被別人稱之為運(yùn)動(dòng)之父和運(yùn)動(dòng)之母,就可以看出體操在體育項(xiàng)目中的重要性,黑龍江省高等院校很早就開(kāi)設(shè)了體操專修課,但是隨著社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展和體操教學(xué)內(nèi)容的不斷改革,暴露出許多的問(wèn)題。所以怎么優(yōu)化黑龍江省高等院校體育教育專業(yè)體操專修課教學(xué)內(nèi)容,使之能夠與社會(huì)接軌,并可持續(xù)多元化的發(fā)展是本文的重要研究?jī)?nèi)容。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、對(duì)比分析法、邏輯分析法等方法以黑龍江省高等院校體育教育專業(yè)體操專修課教學(xué)內(nèi)容為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)哈爾濱學(xué)院、齊齊哈爾大學(xué)、牡丹江師范學(xué)院、哈爾濱體育學(xué)院、佳木斯大學(xué)5所高等院校教師、專家和學(xué)生、黑龍江省部分中小學(xué)校的體育教師、體操的同緣項(xiàng)目愛(ài)好者和黑龍江省校內(nèi)實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生為調(diào)查對(duì)象進(jìn)行調(diào)查,找出問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行分析和解決,并提出建議進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并且對(duì)教學(xué)的實(shí)施提出新的構(gòu)想。本文得出以下結(jié)論:黑龍江省高等院校體育教育專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)過(guò)于單一,中小學(xué)新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)里的體操內(nèi)容更多偏重于基本體操,體操專修教學(xué)內(nèi)容滯后于中小學(xué)教學(xué)內(nèi)容。社會(huì)各類體操同緣項(xiàng)目與體操有著很多同樣的內(nèi)容,但同緣項(xiàng)目近些年發(fā)展迅速。體操專修教學(xué)內(nèi)容的制定上,更多的是根據(jù)學(xué)校限有的教材、設(shè)施、師資條件和國(guó)家文件作為依據(jù)。黑龍江省體操專修教學(xué)理論課不受重視,課時(shí)安排少,理論課內(nèi)容沒(méi)有與技術(shù)課內(nèi)容的重點(diǎn)相結(jié)合,技術(shù)課中傳統(tǒng)的競(jìng)技體操內(nèi)容課時(shí)占比較高。借鑒體操同緣項(xiàng)目?jī)?yōu)點(diǎn),以專家和教師評(píng)價(jià)作為依據(jù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。最后對(duì)黑龍江省高等院校體育教育專業(yè)體操專修課教學(xué)內(nèi)容優(yōu)化的研究提出以下建議:完善和更新體育教育專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),注重體操專修教學(xué)內(nèi)容的優(yōu)化和選擇、注重對(duì)學(xué)生能力的培養(yǎng)、優(yōu)化教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)方式。針對(duì)體操各個(gè)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),借鑒同緣項(xiàng)目?jī)?yōu)點(diǎn),創(chuàng)編具有較高娛樂(lè)性、健身性、觀賞性和趣味性的教學(xué)內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:The major of physical education in colleges and universities of our country is the base of cultivating sports talents and laying the foundation for social sports. With the development of physical education teaching reform in our country, the modern society urgently needs thick foundation, wide caliber and strong practical ability. Emphasis on innovative sports talents. Gymnastics and track and field are called the father of sports and the mother of sports respectively. We can see the importance of gymnastics in sports events. Colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province have set up specialized courses in gymnastics for a long time. However, with the rapid development of society and the continuous reform of gymnastics teaching content, many problems have been exposed. Therefore, how to optimize the teaching content of gymnastics specialized course of physical education major in Heilongjiang Province, make it can connect with the society, and sustainable and diversified development is the important research content of this article. Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis, logic analysis and so on, this paper takes the teaching content of gymnastics specialized course of physical education major in Heilongjiang Province as the research object. For the teachers, experts and students of Harbin University, Qiqihar University, Mudanjiang normal University, Harbin Institute of physical Education, Jiamusi University, and some primary and secondary schools in Heilongjiang Province, The gymnastic event enthusiasts and the intern students in Heilongjiang Province were investigated to find out the problems, analyze and solve the problems, put forward some suggestions for optimization, and put forward a new idea for the implementation of the teaching. This paper draws the following conclusions: the training goal of physical education specialty in Heilongjiang Province is too single, the gymnastics content in the new curriculum standard of primary and middle schools is more emphasis on basic gymnastics, and the content of gymnastics specialized teaching lags behind the teaching content of primary and middle schools. All kinds of gymnastics events have the same contents as gymnastics, but the same events have developed rapidly in recent years. According to the limited teaching materials, facilities, teachers' conditions and national documents. The theory course of gymnastics teaching in Heilongjiang Province is not paid attention to, the class hours are few, the content of the theory course is not combined with the emphasis of the technical course content, the traditional competitive gymnastics content class takes up a high proportion in the technical class. Learn from the advantages of gymnastics with the advantages of the evaluation of experts and teachers as the basis for optimization. Finally, the following suggestions are put forward to optimize the teaching content of gymnastics specialized course in physical education major of Heilongjiang Province: to perfect and update the training goal of physical education specialty, and to pay attention to the optimization and selection of gymnastics specialized teaching content. Pay attention to the cultivation of students' ability and optimize the teaching evaluation method. In view of the characteristics of each gymnastic event and the advantages of the same edge events, the author makes up the teaching contents with high entertainment, fitness, appreciation and interest.
