【摘要】：在剛剛結束不久的2016-2017年CBA聯賽中,來自山東高速男籃的年輕小將丁彥雨航在整個賽季中發(fā)揮出色,表現突出,獲得了2017年CBA全明星賽MVP以及分量最重的年度最有價值國內球員稱號。此前,在第28屆亞洲籃球錦標賽中,丁彥雨航在中國男籃首發(fā)小前鋒的位置上也發(fā)揮優(yōu)異,為中國男籃最后奪得第28屆男籃亞錦賽冠軍并直接獲得2016年里約奧運會入場券做出了巨大的貢獻。丁彥雨航在比賽中的突出表現吸引了越來越多研究者的目光,本文通過文獻資料法、錄像觀察統(tǒng)計法、數理統(tǒng)計法、邏輯分析法和對丁彥雨航本人以及對他的隊友及教練的訪談,總結出丁彥雨航在比賽中,尤其是對2016-2017年CBA聯賽中丁彥雨航的突破、投籃技術的運用情況進行研究分析,得出以下結論:1、籃球運動作為同場對抗性項群的競技運動項目,基本的身體素質和心理素質都對比賽的進程和結果有著至關重要的影響,對球員的個人技術發(fā)揮起著決定性作用。丁彥雨航屬于全能型小前鋒,技術非常全面,在比賽當中的機動性十分出色,進攻能力比較突出。但是由于身體比較單薄,身體對抗能力較差,導致他進攻穩(wěn)定性不是很好,在與防守隊員拼搶有利進攻位置上不占優(yōu)勢。2、丁彥雨航具備比較強的中遠距離得分能力,但他的主要特點還是依靠自己的彈跳力和爆發(fā)力在籃筐區(qū)域較近的位置進攻得分。所以,他三分球投射能力比較差,命中率不高,尤其是在體能消耗較大的情況下,命中率進一步下降。3、丁彥雨航的進攻方式方法多種多樣,但還并不是非常完善。其中,背身單打技術在比賽中的運用較少,得分手段主要依賴于罰球和快攻,場地進攻的時候除了快速的突破之外,并不具備背筐進攻的能力。4、丁彥雨航基本功扎實,身高超過兩米,運球并沒有受到身高過高的影響。但是丁彥雨航運用左手的綜合能力相對較弱,使用左手運球突破取得成功得分的成功率較低。針對以上結論,提出以下建議:1、盡管丁彥雨航的身高與同位置的運動員相比不處于劣勢,但是,身體對抗能力較差的缺點暴露無遺。首先應該要加強體能訓練,增強自身的身體對抗能力,增加體重的同時也要注意肌肉密度和體脂的含量,使得自己在籃下進攻區(qū)域得分的時候更具有優(yōu)勢。2、丁彥雨航在比賽中三分球命中率不高,尤其是體能消耗較大時候的三分球命中率穩(wěn)定性不高的問題已經越來越明顯,這就要求在平時的訓練中,要著重加強丁彥雨航三分球的訓練,進一步提高其出手三分球的合理化選擇,尤其是在體能急劇下降時,保持三分球更加穩(wěn)定的命中率是解決丁彥雨航投籃技術運用的關鍵之處。3、加強丁彥雨航的進攻腳步訓練,使其進攻的手段方式更加全面,不僅僅是在快攻或者轉換進攻的過程中發(fā)揮自身身體素質的優(yōu)勢,在場地進攻中選擇合理的背身單打時機,運用更加合理的背筐進攻技術也是丁彥雨航走向優(yōu)秀小前鋒道路上的重要一環(huán)。4、加強丁彥雨航左手基本功的訓練,在左手運球突破中,減少失誤的次數,可以進一步提升他的攻擊性。在籃下進攻區(qū)域中,提高左手在劇烈身體對抗情況下的投籃穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Ding Yanyuhang, a young basketball player from Shandong High-Speed Men's Basketball Team, won the MVP of the CBA All-Star Game in 2017 and the most valuable domestic player of the year in 2017 in the recently concluded CBA League in 2016-2017. Before that, in the 28th Asian Basketball Championship, Ding Yanyuhang was in the middle. Ding Yan-yuhang's outstanding performance in the competition has attracted more and more researchers'attention. This paper makes a video observation through documentary data method. Statistical method, mathematical statistics method, logical analysis method and interview with Ding Yanyuhang himself and his teammates and coaches, summed up Ding Yanyuhang's breakthrough in the game, especially in the CBA League in 2016-2017, the use of shooting technology research and analysis, draw the following conclusions: 1, basketball as a game of confrontation. The basic physical and psychological qualities of the event group have a crucial impact on the course and result of the game and play a decisive role in the individual skills of the players. Because of his thin body, poor physical resistance, resulting in his offensive stability is not very good, with the defensive players in the offensive position is not dominant. 2, Ding Yan-yuhang has a relatively strong long-range scoring ability, but his main feature is still relying on their own bounce and explosive force in the basket area near the position. Therefore, his three-point shooting ability is relatively poor, the hit rate is not high, especially in the case of physical energy consumption, the hit rate further declined. 3, Ding Yan-yuhang's offensive methods are various, but not very perfect. Among them, the back-to-back singles technology in the game is less used, scoring means mainly rely on penalties. Ding Yan-yu-hang has a solid basic skills, height over two meters, dribble is not affected by height. But Ding Yan-yu-hang's comprehensive ability of using the left hand is relatively weak, using the left-hand dribble to break through the successful scoring. In view of the above conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward: 1. Although the height of Ding Yan-yuhang is not inferior to that of the athletes in the same position, the weakness of his poor physical confrontation ability is exposed. Firstly, physical training should be strengthened to enhance his physical confrontation ability, and muscle density and body fat should be paid attention to while gaining weight. Ding Yan-yu-hang's three-point shooting rate is not high in the game, especially when the physical energy consumption is large, the problem of low stability of the three-point shooting rate has become increasingly obvious, which requires that in peacetime training, we should focus on strengthening Ding Yan-yu-hang's three-point shooting. Training, to further improve the rational choice of his three-point shot, especially in the sharp decline in physical fitness, to maintain a more stable three-point shooting rate is the key to solve Ding Yan-yuhang shooting technology. 3, to strengthen Ding Yan-yuhang's offensive footwork training, so that its offensive means more comprehensive, not only in the fast break or turn. In the course of changing the attack, we should give full play to our own physical fitness, choose a reasonable time to play singles on the back, and use more reasonable back-basket offensive techniques. 4. We should strengthen the training of Ding Yanyu's left-hand basic skills and reduce the number of errors in the breakthrough of left-hand dribble. Number, can further enhance his offensive. In the offensive area under the basket, improve the left hand in the fierce physical confrontation under the shooting stability.
