【摘要】：隨著乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)的不斷發(fā)展,乒乓球競(jìng)賽規(guī)則也在不斷的變革,回顧歷史,規(guī)則的每一次變革都將會(huì)給技術(shù)主導(dǎo)類隔網(wǎng)對(duì)抗項(xiàng)群的乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)技術(shù)帶來非常大的影響。分析新規(guī)則對(duì)青少年乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)員技術(shù)的影響,對(duì)她們?cè)诮窈蟮挠?xùn)練中把握好制勝規(guī)律,擺脫現(xiàn)實(shí)困境,實(shí)現(xiàn)自我的突破具有重大意義。2008年無機(jī)膠水的提出和2014年新型塑料材質(zhì)40mm+材質(zhì)的40mm+乒乓球比賽用球的使用給這一代青少年乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)員運(yùn)動(dòng)技術(shù)帶來影響的系統(tǒng)研究未見報(bào)道。鑒于此,根據(jù)本人研究現(xiàn)實(shí)條件,本文以濟(jì)南市皇亭體校乒乓球隊(duì)25名運(yùn)動(dòng)員、5名教練員為調(diào)查對(duì)象和觀察對(duì)象,綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)綜述法、問卷調(diào)查法、錄像觀察法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等方法,分析新規(guī)則對(duì)青少年乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)員技術(shù)產(chǎn)生的影響,并針對(duì)影響提出應(yīng)對(duì)策略。通過分析得出如下結(jié)論:1.與賽璐珞乒乓球相比,新型塑料材質(zhì)40mm+乒乓球變重、變大、彈跳增高、硬度變小、有縫;與有機(jī)膠水相比,無機(jī)膠水中水、無機(jī)化合物增多、粘度降低,膠皮的彈性減小。2.青少年乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)員技術(shù)掌握全面,但比賽少,穩(wěn)定性差。乒乓球規(guī)則的變革使青少年乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)員正反手技術(shù)、發(fā)球接發(fā)球技術(shù)的得分率降低,防守技術(shù)的失誤率大于進(jìn)攻,相持球增多,反手技術(shù)的使用增多。3.通過分析新規(guī)則對(duì)濟(jì)南皇亭體校乒乓球隊(duì)兩名主力運(yùn)動(dòng)員的技術(shù)的影響,得出兩名運(yùn)動(dòng)員的正手、反手、發(fā)球、接發(fā)球、進(jìn)攻、防守等技術(shù)的得分率都較之前有所降低,反手技術(shù)的使用增多,想吃回合增多。4.針對(duì)新規(guī)則對(duì)青少年乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)員技術(shù)帶來的負(fù)面影響,通過調(diào)整訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃,提高正反手技術(shù)的進(jìn)攻能力,提高發(fā)球接發(fā)球技術(shù)的質(zhì)量以及完善青少年乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的技術(shù)打法等策略來應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of table tennis, the rules of table tennis competitions are also constantly changing. Looking back on history, each change of the rules will have a great impact on the technology of table tennis which is dominated by technology. This paper analyzes the influence of the new rules on the skills of the young table tennis players, grasps the law of winning in the future training, and gets rid of the realistic predicament. It is of great significance to achieve self-breakthrough. The systematic research on the influence of inorganic glue in 2008 and the use of 40mm ball in 2014 on the sports technology of the generation of young ping-pong players has not been reported. In view of this, according to the actual conditions of my research, this paper takes 25 athletes and 5 coaches of table tennis team of Huangting Sports School in Jinan as the object of investigation and observation, and synthetically applies the method of literature review and questionnaire investigation. Video observation and mathematical statistics were used to analyze the influence of the new rules on the technique of young table tennis players, and the countermeasures were put forward. The following conclusion is drawn from the analysis: 1. Compared with celluloid table tennis, the new plastic material 40mm pingpong becomes heavier, larger, bouncing higher, hardness smaller and sewn; compared with organic glue, inorganic compound increases, viscosity decreases, elasticity of rubber decreases. Young table tennis players master comprehensive skills, but less competition, poor stability. The reform of table tennis rules has reduced the scoring rate of the forehand and backhand techniques of young table tennis players, and the error rate of defensive techniques is greater than that of attack, and the number of ball holding and the use of backhand techniques have increased .3. By analyzing the influence of the new rules on the technology of the two main players in the table tennis team of Jinan Huangting Sports School, it is concluded that the scoring rate of the forehand, backhand, serve, service, attack, defense and other techniques of the two players are all lower than before. The use of backhand technology increased, want to eat more round. 4. In view of the negative effects of the new rules on the skills of young table tennis players, by adjusting the training plan, we can improve the offensive ability of the forehand and backhand techniques. To meet the challenge, we should improve the quality of serve receiving technique and improve the technique of young ping-pong players.
