【摘要】：青少年足球運動的發(fā)展一直是我國比較關注的話題,也是衡量一個國家足球運動技術水平的一項指標;發(fā)展好青少年的足球有利于一個國家在足球領域長期具有競爭力。中國職業(yè)足球聯(lián)賽將是影響青少年參與足球運動的主要因素,所以其開展的好壞,至關重要;職業(yè)聯(lián)賽影響著青少年對足球的興趣、意識、訓練、為青少年提供一個展現(xiàn)自我的舞臺等;盡量發(fā)展職業(yè)聯(lián)賽好的方面,糾正不足的方面,讓職業(yè)聯(lián)賽引領者青少年足球向著健康積極的方向發(fā)展。反過來青少年足球的健康成長又關系到職業(yè)聯(lián)賽后期的開展。所以現(xiàn)在我們要緊抓職業(yè)聯(lián)賽的管理和青少年的培養(yǎng)這兩個群體,才能使中國足球不斷的進步,職業(yè)聯(lián)賽和青少年足球的發(fā)展相輔相成,相互影響、相互促進。本文通過文獻資料法、專家訪談法、訪問調查法、數理統(tǒng)計法、邏輯分析法等主要方法分析了中國足球的發(fā)展史,從宏觀上了解到中國足球的背景,有利于立足于自己,揚長避短的發(fā)展中國足球的技術水平;之后了解職業(yè)聯(lián)賽的開展情況,為后期足球的發(fā)展定基調和方向;接著認識青少年足球這個群體,更好的為這些具備天賦青少年提供保障,讓其具備競爭力;最后深入分析職業(yè)足球聯(lián)賽對青少年足球的影響進行深入的研究,得出了職業(yè)聯(lián)賽對青少年足球發(fā)展相關的6個方面的因素:其一,中國職業(yè)足球聯(lián)賽已經獨立運行,但相對還不成熟,只是名義上的市場化,實際還是政府在主導;其二,職業(yè)聯(lián)賽的球員轉會、經紀人管理制度不健全和賽程安排不合理,使得球員過多的追求經濟利益而沒有去完善自己技術水平;其三,青少年足球運動員體教分離和教練守舊,使得球員技術發(fā)展不到一個高度,其四,職業(yè)聯(lián)賽中出現(xiàn)的不良的訓練、比賽、過多追求金錢等方面的習慣影響著青少年對足球的理解,使得青少年今后足球的發(fā)展可能偏離正常的方向。其五,職業(yè)聯(lián)賽的利益被剝奪,俱樂部的違規(guī)運作,使得青少年的訓練經費得不到保障,而不能健康發(fā)展。其六,職業(yè)聯(lián)賽的開展讓更多的青少年走向綠茵場,和朋友交流、獲得快樂、身心健康。對青少年足球的特點進行剖析,了解其特點、作用以及現(xiàn)狀的分析研究。力圖發(fā)現(xiàn)職業(yè)足球聯(lián)賽給青少年足球發(fā)展帶來的影響,糾正職業(yè)聯(lián)賽帶來的不足的影響,發(fā)揚積極的影響;真正的為中國足球的健康發(fā)展提供一些有益思路與對策。
[Abstract]:The development of youth football is always a topic of concern in our country, and it is also an index to measure the technical level of a country's football; the development of young people's football is conducive to the long-term competitiveness of a country in the field of football. The China Professional Football League will be the main factor that affects young people's participation in football, so the quality of its development is of great importance. The professional league affects the interest, awareness, and training of young people in football. To provide a stage for young people to show themselves; to develop the good aspects of the professional league as far as possible, to correct the deficiencies, let the professional league lead the youth football to a healthy and positive direction. On the other hand, the healthy growth of youth football is related to the development of professional league. So now we should pay close attention to the management of professional league and the training of young people in order to make the development of Chinese football continuous progress. The development of professional league and youth football complement each other and influence each other and promote each other. This paper analyzes the history of the development of Chinese football through the methods of literature, expert interview, interview and investigation, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, etc. To develop the technical level of Chinese football by taking advantage of its advantages and circumventing its weaknesses; then to understand the development of professional leagues, to set the tone and direction for the development of later football; and then to know the youth football group. Better for these talented young people to provide security, so that they can be competitive; finally, in-depth analysis of the professional football league on the impact of youth football in-depth research, There are six factors related to the development of youth football: first, the Chinese professional football league has run independently, but it is relatively immature. It is only nominal marketization, but the government is actually leading; second, Professional league players transfer, agent management system is not perfect and the schedule is not reasonable, so that the players too much to pursue economic interests and not to improve their own technical level; third, the separation of sports and teaching of young football players and the old-fashioned coaches, So that the player's technical development is not a high level. Fourthly, the bad training, competition, excessive pursuit of money and other habits in professional leagues affect young people's understanding of football. So that the development of youth football in the future may deviate from the normal direction. Fifth, the interests of the professional league are deprived, and the illegal operation of the club makes the training funds of young people not guaranteed and can not develop healthily. Six, the development of professional leagues to allow more teenagers to go to the field, and friends to communicate, to obtain happiness, physical and mental health. The characteristics of juvenile football are analyzed, and its characteristics, functions and current situation are analyzed and studied. This paper tries to find out the influence of professional football league on the development of youth football, to correct the influence of professional league, to carry forward the positive influence, and to provide some useful ideas and countermeasures for the healthy development of Chinese football.
