【摘要】：本文為了解廣西壯族自治區(qū)獨(dú)立學(xué)院公共體育課課堂教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策,展開(kāi)對(duì)廣西9所獨(dú)立學(xué)院公共體育課課堂教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策的研究。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和邏輯分析法等多種研究方法,對(duì)這9所獨(dú)立學(xué)院展開(kāi)調(diào)查,從體育場(chǎng)館和器材設(shè)施、指導(dǎo)思想和教學(xué)大綱、師資力量和學(xué)生態(tài)度、以及課堂教學(xué)過(guò)程等多方面的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析研究,得出以下結(jié)論1、每個(gè)學(xué)校都有部分外聘老師,所以在數(shù)量上還是比較充足的;在年齡和學(xué)歷上,體育教師以青年教師和本科學(xué)歷為主干力量;在職稱上,大多數(shù)為助教或講師。2、各校遵循國(guó)家規(guī)定,有著統(tǒng)一的體育教學(xué)指導(dǎo)思想,而各校所用教材各有不同,大多數(shù)都沿用了母體學(xué)校的相關(guān)教材。3、公有民資的特殊性質(zhì),決定了獨(dú)立學(xué)院要根據(jù)自身的特色制定獨(dú)立的管理體制,各獨(dú)立學(xué)院雖然在多方面沿用了母體學(xué)校的教學(xué)方式,但卻沒(méi)有完全照搬。4、廣西獨(dú)立學(xué)院的體育場(chǎng)館與器材設(shè)施基本能夠滿足課堂需求,相較之下,室外場(chǎng)地比室內(nèi)場(chǎng)館的開(kāi)放程度更大。5、學(xué)生參與運(yùn)動(dòng)的主動(dòng)性較小,受客觀環(huán)境的影響較大,對(duì)體育課的重視程度較小。文章通過(guò)對(duì)廣西獨(dú)立學(xué)院公共體育課現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行邏輯分析,為學(xué)者們的相關(guān)研究提供一些有價(jià)值的可行性建議:1、完善教師的綜合比例,提高教師的薪酬待遇。2、加大體育理論課的宣傳力度,增加體育理論課課時(shí)。3、根據(jù)自身特色,統(tǒng)一教學(xué)內(nèi)容。4、定期維護(hù)體育場(chǎng)館、及時(shí)更新器材設(shè)施。5、加強(qiáng)宣傳體育課的重要性,建立良好的運(yùn)動(dòng)氛圍。6、合理設(shè)制考核內(nèi)容,注重學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展針對(duì)廣西地區(qū)獨(dú)立學(xué)院公共體育課的發(fā)展提供一個(gè)大方向,為其特色發(fā)展開(kāi)拓思路并提供參考意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the present situation and Countermeasures of public physical education class teaching in Guangxi Independent College, this paper studies the present situation and Countermeasures of public physical education class teaching in nine independent colleges in Guangxi. The Institute launched a survey from the stadiums and facilities, guiding ideology and teaching syllabus, teacher strength and academic ecology, as well as classroom teaching process and other aspects of the status quo analysis and research, draw the following conclusions: 1, each school has part of the external teachers, so the number is still relatively adequate; in terms of age and education, Physical Education Teachers with young teachers and undergraduate education as the main force; in the title, most of them are teaching assistants or lecturers. 2, each school follows the national regulations, has a unified guiding ideology of physical education, and the textbooks used by each school are different, most of them follow the relevant textbooks of the parent school. 3, the special nature of public and private resources, determines the root of independent colleges. According to their own characteristics to develop an independent management system, although independent colleges in many ways follow the mother school teaching methods, but not completely copy. 4, Guangxi Independent College sports venues and facilities can basically meet the needs of the classroom, by contrast, outdoor venues than indoor venues more open.5, student participation. This paper makes a logical analysis of the results of the investigation on the current situation of Public Physical Education in Guangxi Independent College, and provides some valuable feasible suggestions for scholars'relevant research: 1. Perfect the comprehensive proportion of teachers and improve the salary of teachers. Encounter.2, increase the publicity of physical education theory class, increase the physical education theory class hours.3, according to their own characteristics, unified teaching content.4, regular maintenance of sports venues, timely update equipment and facilities.5, strengthen the importance of publicity of physical education, establish a good sports atmosphere.6, set up reasonable assessment content, pay attention to the comprehensive development of students in Guangxi region. The development of public P.E. courses in Independent Colleges provides a general direction for the development of its characteristics and provides reference ideas.
