高校公共體育籃球選項課實施“成功體驗”模式教學的實驗研究

【摘要】:在高校公共體育選項課教學過程中由于學生的個體差異性給體育教學帶來了一定不便。那么如何在高校公共體育選項課教學中面向全體學生,體現“以學生為主體、面向全體學生”的教學原則,根據學生的個體差異性實施行之有效的教學方法和模式,讓每一名學生都能完成學習任務和目標,這些問題是當下困擾高校體育教學的一個瓶頸。本研究針對目前高校公共體育課教學中所存在的這些問題,試圖以籃球選項課為突破口,采用“成功體驗”教學模式,通過在高校公共體育籃球選項課教學中根據學生的個體差異性設置科學而又合理的初級教學目標,讓每個學生在學習中都能夠體驗到成功,解決因學生的個體差異性而使課堂教學出現部分學生很難完成教學任務而部分學生又得不到提高的問題。研究結果表明:高校公共體育籃球選項課教學實施“成功體驗”教學模式,學生在獲得成功的情緒體驗之后會形成良好的心理反應,增強學習興趣和信心,提高學習成績,而且這種教學模式能夠充分尊重學生的個體差異性,體現“以學生為主體,面向全體學生”的現代教學理念,課堂教學中由于合理的教學目標的設置、技術難度的適當降低使每個學生都能夠在愉悅的情緒體驗中掌握籃球技術,達到預定的教學目標,提高教學效果。
[Abstract]:In the course of public sports elective course teaching in colleges and universities, the individual difference of students brings some inconvenience to physical education teaching. So how to face all students in the teaching of public sports elective course in colleges and universities, embody the teaching principle of "taking students as the main body and facing all students", and carry out effective teaching methods and models according to the students' individual differences. So that every student can complete the study task and goal, these problems are a bottleneck that puzzles the physical education teaching in colleges and universities. In view of these problems existing in the teaching of public physical education in colleges and universities, this study attempts to take the selective course of basketball as the breakthrough point and adopt the teaching mode of "successful experience". By setting up scientific and reasonable primary teaching objectives according to the individual differences of students in the teaching of public sports basketball elective courses in colleges and universities, each student can experience success in his study. To solve the problem that it is difficult for some students to complete the teaching task and some students can not improve because of the individual difference of students. The results show that the successful experience teaching mode is implemented in the public sports basketball elective course in colleges and universities. Students will form a good psychological reaction, enhance their interest and confidence in learning, and improve their academic achievement after obtaining successful emotional experience. Moreover, this teaching mode can fully respect the individual differences of students, and embody the modern teaching idea of "taking students as the main body and facing all students". Due to the setting of reasonable teaching objectives in classroom teaching, The proper reduction of the technical difficulty enables each student to master basketball skills in a pleasant emotional experience, to achieve the predetermined teaching objectives and to improve the teaching effect.
