【摘要】：采用田野調(diào)查、文獻(xiàn)資料等方法分析我國藏區(qū)農(nóng)村體育文化面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境。結(jié)果表明:我國藏區(qū)農(nóng)村體育資源配置不均衡;政府體育組織不健全,民間組織難以發(fā)揮市場化的作用;藏區(qū)農(nóng)村群眾體育文化認(rèn)知信息渠道不暢;開展中存在參與人數(shù)少、活動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)來源單一、政府與百姓活動(dòng)的訴求不一致等現(xiàn)實(shí)困境。建議:建立多方聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制,發(fā)展藏區(qū)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì);改善生活環(huán)境,減少藏區(qū)農(nóng)村地域劣勢;合理配置體育硬件資源;加強(qiáng)基層體育組織構(gòu)建,提升藏區(qū)農(nóng)村體育公共服務(wù)能力;強(qiáng)化政府與民間組織的合作,將農(nóng)村體育文化發(fā)展與愛國主義教育相結(jié)合等。
[Abstract]:Field investigation, literature and other methods are used to analyze the realistic predicament of the rural sports culture in Tibetan area of our country. The results show that: the allocation of rural sports resources in Tibetan areas is not balanced; the government sports organizations are not perfect, the non-governmental organizations are difficult to play the role of marketization; the information channels of sports culture cognition of the rural people in Tibetan areas are not smooth; the number of participants in the development is small. The activity funds source is single, the government and the common people activity demand inconsistent and so on realistic predicament. The suggestions are: establishing multi-party linkage mechanism, developing rural economy in Tibetan area, improving living environment, reducing regional inferiority of rural area, rationally allocating sports hardware resources, strengthening the construction of grass-roots sports organization and promoting the public service ability of rural sports in Tibetan area; Strengthen the cooperation between the government and non-governmental organizations, combine the development of rural sports culture with patriotism education and so on.
