【摘要】：運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、層次分析法,從評價指標(biāo)體系的內(nèi)涵詮釋切入,分析了構(gòu)建體育學(xué)博士培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量評價指標(biāo)體系的依據(jù)、原則,進(jìn)一步計算與確定了體育學(xué)博士培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量評價指標(biāo)體系中各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重。研究認(rèn)為,體育學(xué)博士培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量評價指標(biāo)體系包含招生情況、培養(yǎng)過程及條件、培養(yǎng)結(jié)果三個二級指標(biāo),10個三級指標(biāo),35個四級指標(biāo),其中權(quán)重越大的指標(biāo)意味著對博士生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的影響越大,建議在體育學(xué)博士培養(yǎng)過程中,在人才培養(yǎng)的環(huán)境條件、支持力度及資源的配置等方面適度向權(quán)重較大的指標(biāo)傾斜,為促進(jìn)體育學(xué)博士質(zhì)量的提升及可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供基本保障。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature, mathematical statistics and analytic hierarchy process, this paper analyzes the basis and principle of constructing the evaluation index system of physical education doctoral training quality from the connotation interpretation of the evaluation index system. Further calculation and determination of the weight of each index in the quality evaluation index system of physical education doctorate training. The study shows that the evaluation index system of the quality of doctoral training in physical education includes the enrollment situation, training process and conditions, three secondary indicators, 10 tertiary indicators and 35 four-level indicators. The higher the weight of the indicators, the greater the impact on the quality of doctoral training. It is suggested that in the process of training doctoral students in physical education, the environmental conditions of talent training, the strength of support and the allocation of resources should be appropriately skewed to the high-weighted indicators. To promote the promotion of sports doctorate quality and sustainable development to provide a basic guarantee.
