【摘要】：隨著素質(zhì)教育和課程改革的推進,高校體育教育理念也在由以往重視體育技能的提高轉(zhuǎn)向培養(yǎng)學生的健康理念和終身體育意識。在這種背景下,課堂內(nèi)外一體化教學得到了廣泛的認可和推廣,為高校體育教學改革和發(fā)展提供了新的方向。高校體育實現(xiàn)課堂內(nèi)外一體化教學,要充分利用課余時間實施教學,增加課外體育項目的多樣性,為學生提供充足的體育運動設(shè)施,并構(gòu)建科學合理的評價體系。
[Abstract]:With the development of quality-oriented education and curriculum reform, the idea of physical education in colleges and universities is changing from attaching importance to the improvement of physical education skills to cultivating students' health concept and life-long physical education consciousness. Under this background, the integrated teaching inside and outside the classroom has been widely recognized and popularized, which provides a new direction for the reform and development of physical education in colleges and universities. In order to realize the integrated teaching of physical education in and outside the classroom, we should make full use of the spare time to carry out the teaching, increase the diversity of extracurricular sports items, provide sufficient sports facilities for students, and construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation system.
