吉林省普通高校公共體育籃球選項(xiàng)課開展情況調(diào)研報(bào)告

【摘要】:為促進(jìn)吉林省普通高校公共體育籃球選項(xiàng)課的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,提升公共體育籃球選項(xiàng)課的教學(xué)效果,深入研究并了解吉林省普通高校公共體育籃球選項(xiàng)課的狀況,從籃球選項(xiàng)課的教學(xué)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)等方面進(jìn)行分析研究,使籃球選項(xiàng)課更加適合高校公共體育的教學(xué)情況和學(xué)生的實(shí)際狀況。通過多樣化的教學(xué)方法,豐富的餓教學(xué)內(nèi)容,激發(fā)學(xué)生參與籃球選項(xiàng)課的興趣,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生終身體育意識。以吉林省普通高校公共體育籃球選項(xiàng)課教學(xué)為研究對象,調(diào)查選取吉林省4所普通高校進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析,得到以下結(jié)論:(1)吉林省普通高校公共體育籃球選項(xiàng)課的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)符合新《綱要》提出的運(yùn)動(dòng)參與、運(yùn)動(dòng)技能、和身體健康三個(gè)目標(biāo),但在學(xué)生心理健康和社會(huì)適應(yīng)兩個(gè)方面欠缺。(2)吉林省普通高校公共體育籃球選項(xiàng)課與新《綱要》要求的普通高等學(xué)校四個(gè)學(xué)期共計(jì)144學(xué)時(shí)有一定差距;@球選項(xiàng)課教學(xué)內(nèi)容與學(xué)時(shí)分配主要教學(xué)內(nèi)容是籃球基礎(chǔ)理論、基本技戰(zhàn)術(shù)和學(xué)生身體專業(yè)素質(zhì)三個(gè)方面,基本滿足籃球選項(xiàng)課學(xué)生的需求。(3)成績考核方式不科學(xué),絕對性評價(jià)是籃球選項(xiàng)課學(xué)生成績考核的主要方式,缺乏多種評價(jià)方式,籃球選項(xiàng)課缺少室內(nèi)教學(xué)場地和器材,外界因素影響課程質(zhì)量。(4)吉林省普通高校公共體育籃球選項(xiàng)課的任課教師中碩士研究生學(xué)歷的比重最大,能滿足高校教學(xué)條件,教師職稱結(jié)構(gòu)成正態(tài)分布;籃球選項(xiàng)課的學(xué)生接觸籃球時(shí)間比較長,但籃球的自我認(rèn)知水平較低,學(xué)生參與籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)興趣一般,學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)總體良好,但終身體育意識薄弱。根據(jù)吉林省普通高校公共體育籃球選項(xiàng)課教學(xué)的調(diào)查研究結(jié)論,對今后吉林省普通高校公共體育籃球選項(xiàng)課教學(xué)提出幾點(diǎn)建議:(1)吉林省普通高校公共體育籃球選項(xiàng)課的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)要重視學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的培養(yǎng),在籃球教學(xué)活動(dòng)中要培養(yǎng)團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作精神,提高社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力;同時(shí)要塑造意志合理、態(tài)度積極、行為恰當(dāng)?shù)男睦斫】禈?biāo)準(zhǔn)。(2)應(yīng)逐漸增多吉林省普通高校公共體育籃球選項(xiàng)課的課時(shí),達(dá)到新《綱要》要求的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),滿足學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)需要;如果現(xiàn)有條件不允許,可以組織院系之間或者學(xué)生社團(tuán)之間進(jìn)行籃球比賽等,充分利用學(xué)生課余時(shí)間補(bǔ)充課時(shí)不足的問題。(3)吉林省普通高校公共體育籃球選項(xiàng)課的教學(xué)評價(jià)體系應(yīng)進(jìn)一步完善,要建立真實(shí)、客觀、全面的考核與評價(jià)體系,可以將學(xué)生互評、學(xué)生自評等多樣化的評價(jià)方式結(jié)合;加大對場地、器材的硬件投入,改善室內(nèi)場地器材短缺問題,營造良好的教學(xué)環(huán)境,滿足學(xué)生參與籃球選項(xiàng)課的學(xué)習(xí)和日常鍛煉的需要。(4)激發(fā)、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的運(yùn)動(dòng)興趣,充分利用學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間,積極引導(dǎo),啟發(fā)學(xué)生參與鍛煉,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自我鍛煉的能力,養(yǎng)成自覺鍛煉的習(xí)慣,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生終身體育意識。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the further development of public sports basketball elective courses in ordinary colleges and universities in Jilin Province, and to improve the teaching effect of public sports basketball elective courses, this paper deeply studies and understands the situation of public sports basketball elective courses in ordinary colleges and universities in Jilin Province. From the aspects of the teaching and training objectives of the basketball elective course, this paper makes the basketball elective course more suitable for the teaching situation of public sports in colleges and universities and the actual situation of the students. Through a variety of teaching methods, rich content of hungry teaching, stimulate the interest of students to participate in basketball elective courses, and cultivate students' consciousness of lifelong physical education. Taking the elective course teaching of public sports basketball in Jilin Province as the research object, four colleges and universities in Jilin Province were investigated and analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the training goals of public sports basketball courses in Jilin Province accord with the three goals of sports participation, sports skills and physical health, which are proposed in the new outline. However, there are two deficiencies in students' mental health and social adaptation. (2) there is a certain gap between the elective course of public sports basketball in Jilin Province and the four terms of ordinary colleges and universities, which are required by the new outline, for a total of 144 school hours. The main teaching content and teaching content of basketball elective course are basketball basic theory, basic technique and tactics and students' physical professional quality, which basically meet the needs of the students of basketball elective course. (3) the assessment method of results is not scientific. Absolute evaluation is the main way to assess the students' achievements in basketball elective courses, lacking of many kinds of evaluation methods, and lacking of indoor teaching sites and equipment in basketball elective courses. The external factors affect the quality of the course. (4) the proportion of master's graduate degree is the largest among the teachers of public sports basketball courses in Jilin Province, which can meet the teaching conditions of colleges and universities, and the structure of teachers' titles is normal distribution; The students in the selective basketball class have a long time of contact with basketball, but the level of self-cognition of basketball is low, their interest in basketball is general, their learning motivation is good in general, but their consciousness of lifelong physical education is weak. According to the conclusion of investigation and research on the teaching of public sports basketball in Jilin Province, Some suggestions are put forward for the future teaching of public sports basketball courses in Jilin Province: (1) the training objectives of public sports basketball courses in Jilin Province should pay attention to the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability. In basketball teaching activities, we should cultivate the spirit of unity and cooperation, improve the ability to adapt to the society, at the same time, we should shape the rational will and positive attitude. (2) it is necessary to gradually increase the class hours of public sports basketball courses in ordinary colleges and universities in Jilin Province, to meet the requirements of the new outline, and to meet the study needs of students; if the existing conditions do not permit, In order to make full use of students' spare time to supplement the shortage of class time, we can organize basketball matches between colleges and departments or students' associations. (3) the teaching evaluation system of public sports basketball courses in ordinary colleges and universities in Jilin Province should be further improved. In order to establish a real, objective and comprehensive assessment and evaluation system, we can combine a variety of evaluation methods, such as students' mutual evaluation and student self-evaluation, increase the hardware input to the venue and equipment, and improve the shortage of indoor venues and equipment. To create a good teaching environment to meet the needs of students to participate in the study of basketball elective courses and daily exercise. (4) stimulate, cultivate students' interest in sports, make full use of students' study time, actively guide, inspire students to participate in exercise, Cultivate students' ability of self-exercise, cultivate the habit of self-exercise and cultivate students' consciousness of lifelong physical education.
