安徽大學(xué)體育館利用率研究
[Abstract]:In this paper, the methods of literature, field investigation, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logic analysis are used to manage the operation of public stadiums and gymnasiums. Based on the theory of university stadiums management and stadiums benefit, the utilization rate of the gymnasium of Anhui University is investigated on the spot. Through the research and analysis, we can understand the current situation of the utilization of Anhui University gymnasium, analyze whether the venue facilities of Anhui University gymnasium are fully and reasonably utilized, and what loopholes exist in the daily management and operation of the gymnasium, and so on. In view of these problems, Based on the results of the investigation, this paper puts forward some suggestions and suggestions for improving the utilization ratio of Anhui University gymnasium, aiming at providing a reference for improving the utilization ratio of Anhui University gymnasium and other sports stadiums in colleges and universities. The results show that Anhui University Gymnasium has complete function facilities and high quality specifications. Both hardware and software are higher than other surrounding universities and public sports facilities. The highest utilization rate of the gymnasium of Anhui University is the table tennis hall, the main field, the equipment fitness hall, the body building hall, the aerobics hall, and the training room with lower utilization ratio. The utilization ratio of the gymnasium of Anhui University is general. During the daily operation of the gymnasium, each hall can not only meet the needs of physical education teaching and sports team training, but also provide a venue for the students' extracurricular activities and large-scale activities on campus. In addition, the school also undertook large-scale events and public welfare activities, giving full play to the functions and benefits of the venue, the overall utilization rate is medium. According to the utilization ratio of gymnasium sports items, the utilization ratio of gymnasium is different. Anhui University Gymnasium has a more complete venue management system, each of its duties, clear responsibilities. The management department includes training department, cooperation department, operation department, large activity department, and internal security department including office, engineering department, security department, cleaning department. The management system of the daily execution includes: the Management Manual of Anhui University Gymnasium, the Gymnasium regular meeting system, the Gymnasium Financial system, and so on. In addition, the management concept of stadiums and gymnasiums is too conservative. Most of the stadiums and gymnasiums are only open to teachers and students on campus, but they are still in a restricted opening state, and they have not realized the sharing of stadiums and gymnasiums resources with the society. Also did not obtain very good social benefit. In order to achieve sustainable development and improve the utilization rate of stadiums and gymnasiums, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures to solve the problems: perfecting the existing management system, developing stadiums and gymnasiums reasonably, developing the resources of the stadiums and gymnasiums. Give full play to the benefit of the venue; pay attention to the multi-functional use of sports facilities, improve the value of the use of the venue; strengthen the development of venue services, increase the revenue of venues; orderly opening to the outside world, establish long-term partnership.
