【摘要】：本文綜合運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)地考察法、專家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和邏輯分析等研究方法,以公共體育場(chǎng)館運(yùn)管理、高校體育場(chǎng)館管理和體育場(chǎng)館效益理論為理論基礎(chǔ),對(duì)目前安徽大學(xué)體育館的利用率情況進(jìn)行了實(shí)地考察。通過(guò)研究分析,了解安徽大學(xué)體育館的利用現(xiàn)狀,分析安徽大學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館的場(chǎng)地設(shè)施是否被充分合理利用,以及在場(chǎng)館的日常管理運(yùn)行中存在哪些漏洞等,針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果,提出了相應(yīng)的具有可行性的提高安徽大學(xué)體育館利用率的若干意見(jiàn)和建議,旨在為提高安徽大學(xué)體育館以及其他普通高校體育場(chǎng)館利用率方面提供參考。本文研究結(jié)果表明,安徽大學(xué)體育館功能設(shè)施齊全、質(zhì)量規(guī)格較高,無(wú)論是硬件還是軟件均高于周邊其他高校和公共體育場(chǎng)館設(shè)施。安徽大學(xué)體育館利用率最高的廳為乒乓球廳、主賽場(chǎng),其次為器械健身廳、形體廳、健美操?gòu)d,相對(duì)利用率較低的為訓(xùn)練廳。安徽大學(xué)體育館的利用率一般,各廳在日常運(yùn)行過(guò)程中不僅能夠滿足學(xué)校體育教學(xué)和運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)訓(xùn)練需要,同時(shí)為在校生課余活動(dòng)和校內(nèi)大型活動(dòng)提供場(chǎng)地,此外還承辦了校內(nèi)外大型賽事和公益活動(dòng),充分發(fā)揮場(chǎng)館功能和效益,綜合利用率中等。從體育館開(kāi)設(shè)體育項(xiàng)目的場(chǎng)地利用率來(lái)看,各項(xiàng)目之間場(chǎng)館利用率有所差異。安徽大學(xué)體育館擁有較完善的場(chǎng)館管理體系,各司其職,職責(zé)明確。管理機(jī)構(gòu)按照外部運(yùn)營(yíng)和內(nèi)部保障設(shè)置,運(yùn)營(yíng)部門包括培訓(xùn)部、合作部、運(yùn)營(yíng)部、大型活動(dòng)部;內(nèi)部保障部門包括辦公室、工程部、安保部、保潔部。日常執(zhí)行的管理制度包括:《安徽大學(xué)體育館管理手冊(cè)》、《體育館例會(huì)制度》、《體育館財(cái)務(wù)制度》等。另外,體育場(chǎng)館運(yùn)行管理理念過(guò)于保守,絕大部分場(chǎng)館資源只針對(duì)校內(nèi)師生開(kāi)放,對(duì)外仍然處于限制開(kāi)放狀態(tài),沒(méi)有實(shí)現(xiàn)高校體育場(chǎng)館資源與社會(huì)共享,也沒(méi)能獲得很好的社會(huì)效益。為了體育場(chǎng)館能夠得到可持續(xù)發(fā)展,提高場(chǎng)館的利用率,針對(duì)存在問(wèn)題提出了以下對(duì)策:健全現(xiàn)有的場(chǎng)館管理制度,完善現(xiàn)有經(jīng)營(yíng)體系;合理開(kāi)發(fā)場(chǎng)館資源,充分發(fā)揮場(chǎng)館效益;注重體育設(shè)施多功能使用,提高場(chǎng)地利用價(jià)值;加強(qiáng)場(chǎng)館服務(wù)項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)發(fā),增收?qǐng)鲳^收益;有序?qū)ν忾_(kāi)放,建立長(zhǎng)期合作伙伴關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the methods of literature, field investigation, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logic analysis are used to manage the operation of public stadiums and gymnasiums. Based on the theory of university stadiums management and stadiums benefit, the utilization rate of the gymnasium of Anhui University is investigated on the spot. Through the research and analysis, we can understand the current situation of the utilization of Anhui University gymnasium, analyze whether the venue facilities of Anhui University gymnasium are fully and reasonably utilized, and what loopholes exist in the daily management and operation of the gymnasium, and so on. In view of these problems, Based on the results of the investigation, this paper puts forward some suggestions and suggestions for improving the utilization ratio of Anhui University gymnasium, aiming at providing a reference for improving the utilization ratio of Anhui University gymnasium and other sports stadiums in colleges and universities. The results show that Anhui University Gymnasium has complete function facilities and high quality specifications. Both hardware and software are higher than other surrounding universities and public sports facilities. The highest utilization rate of the gymnasium of Anhui University is the table tennis hall, the main field, the equipment fitness hall, the body building hall, the aerobics hall, and the training room with lower utilization ratio. The utilization ratio of the gymnasium of Anhui University is general. During the daily operation of the gymnasium, each hall can not only meet the needs of physical education teaching and sports team training, but also provide a venue for the students' extracurricular activities and large-scale activities on campus. In addition, the school also undertook large-scale events and public welfare activities, giving full play to the functions and benefits of the venue, the overall utilization rate is medium. According to the utilization ratio of gymnasium sports items, the utilization ratio of gymnasium is different. Anhui University Gymnasium has a more complete venue management system, each of its duties, clear responsibilities. The management department includes training department, cooperation department, operation department, large activity department, and internal security department including office, engineering department, security department, cleaning department. The management system of the daily execution includes: the Management Manual of Anhui University Gymnasium, the Gymnasium regular meeting system, the Gymnasium Financial system, and so on. In addition, the management concept of stadiums and gymnasiums is too conservative. Most of the stadiums and gymnasiums are only open to teachers and students on campus, but they are still in a restricted opening state, and they have not realized the sharing of stadiums and gymnasiums resources with the society. Also did not obtain very good social benefit. In order to achieve sustainable development and improve the utilization rate of stadiums and gymnasiums, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures to solve the problems: perfecting the existing management system, developing stadiums and gymnasiums reasonably, developing the resources of the stadiums and gymnasiums. Give full play to the benefit of the venue; pay attention to the multi-functional use of sports facilities, improve the value of the use of the venue; strengthen the development of venue services, increase the revenue of venues; orderly opening to the outside world, establish long-term partnership.
